Centrally located in Cikini, the apartment is very comfy and pretty spacious for family. It has great facilities such as a long swimming pool, gym, and kids playground. It also located very close to minimarket, restaurants, coffee shops and within 10 minutes we can go to shopping malls such as Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia.

The cleanining service wasn’t thoroughly cleaning our room. They forgot to take an empty pizza box and I also found some dirts on the floor despite they just finished cleaning it. The coffee sachet on the table (given along with mineral water bottles) aren’t free but they didn’t inform us about this. I also think they should put a bigger sofa on the room cause the deluxe room is pretty spacious.

I've been using booking.com a lot over the past 10 years - I find this place underrated. After staying in several hotels in Jakarta, this is the one I liked the most. Breakfast is good (can't relate to the bad rating here at all), gym is awesome for a hotel gym (just a loose squat rack is missing) and rooms are very cozy (especially due to the nice lighting) The place combines all the upsides of a hotel with these of appartements

- Yes, the elevator system is a real pain in the ass. Even after figuring out how it works I found myself waiting for the main elevators for up to 5-10 minutes - reception on the first floor doesn't make sense to me. it unnecessarily complicates the check-in process. (I used their whatsapp contact for my later check-ins - that worked quite well) - AC is directed right at the bed

Room was large with front loader washing machine, nice bed with good pillows. The property was conveniently located. Shower had good pressure and was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant downstairs had nice breakfast options.

The pool was located in a different building. The reception is located on level 1 so you had to organise for someone to have you sent or send someone to meet you on the mezzanine level to be able to go to reception at L1. There are so many lifts and your key will only work for certain lifts but reception don’t explain that to you.

The location is perfect. We could just easily find resto and coffeeshops to hang out even street food.

It's a bit difficult to collect the card, since we need to find the security first who is standing in the lobby while reaching out the lobby would need an access key. Better if the security could stand by in the entrance door of the tower.

Friendly personnel, modern apartments and great pool. Location is good, good choice of restaurants within walking distance.

Navigating within the building can be a challenge sometimes. The number of elevators is limited. However, not something that is necessarely in control of this aparthotel.

Comfortable, clean with good facilities and comfortable bed .Great breakfast and near the station to visit Bogor for the day and not far from the SkyTrain station for the airport at NCI

The lifts at first are a little confusing.

Junior Suite Room design was cozy and efficient. Small room but make yourself at home. Big windows with nice room view from 33rd to below city. Cleanliness.

Too many hassle every day during my 5 days stay. Security of the building was not helpful and didn’t even know that this apartment was existed. We had to wait more than half an hour outside the lobby under the hot sun with no one could tell us where the reception for us to check-in. Too many elevators and too many escalator with no navigation would confuse you. Free park was only once in a day. If you go out with your car more than once in a day, then sorry you have to pay. Can’t believe it! Prepare for your STNK to be copied again and again, and the reception really didn’t have the record at all. We are here for relax but every day hassle and complaints here made our five days stay here was very far from relaxation
