The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was quiet. The staff were helpful. The price was excellent compared to other motels/hotels in the area on a summer weekend. There was a fast food restaurant next door that we were able to walk to for a late evening snack. There was a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave, The TV worked well though I did not explore all the available channels. The shower, vanity and toilet were clean and worked well. There was a heat lamp in the ceiling beside the shower. We were mainly just looking for a nice clean comfortable room to sleep in for two nights at a reasonable price. This filled the bill.

We were unable to get the wifi to work. My device said the network was out of range. This was not a big deal for us, but it would have been nice had it worked. The electrical recepticals above the night stand shut off when the lights were turned off so we could not use them for phone charging overnight. Fortunately, we were able to move the nightstand away from the wall a bit and there were plugs behind it that were not switch controlled. We were able to charge the phones and run a CPAP machine using these.

It was very pleasant and quiet. A family of friendly bunnies lives in the back yard. The room was very clean except the carpet made my feet dirty and the tub had hair in it and hadn’t been cleaned though it wasn’t really dirty. Parking right outside the room was very convenient. I love that aspect! The AC was ice cold. The location is great. The pizza place across the street is awesome! Good locks on doors. I saw no bad things like vice going on and I felt safe. You can be comfortable reserving here.

There is a fair amount of deferred maintenance outside but it isn’t bad. The desk staff spoke no English and were rather rude. The bathtub had a little bit of hair in it but wasn’t dirty. It’s an older motel but it was still fine and very convenient.

The room was very clean, which is my biggest qualifier. There is a lot of furniture which makes it slightly difficult to move thru the room with two people. Beds were very comfortable. We asked for a quiet room and I never heard a sound! It looks Shady from the outside, but is quite comfortable! Water pressure in our room was low, but friends next door had great water pressure.

Parking lot is small for big trucks.

We went to a wedding at nearby Melhorn Manor, and this suited our family of six very well. Some reviews led me to expect possible cleanliness issues, but this was not the case. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There were plenty of towels. I liked the floral tile in the bathroom and the woven print on the desk chair. There was a new microwave and mini fridge, which I was not expecting, so that was a nice surprise. Our room was in a little building behind the office, which felt very homey and butted up against a grassy picnic area that was great for letting kids run around. The only drawback was curtain did not adequately block out the light from outside, which made it a little difficult to fall asleep. For less than half the price of most hotels in the area, this was a good budget stay, and I’m glad we stayed here.

We were in the area for one night to attend our grandson's soccer game and looking for an inexpensive place with basically a clean bed and shower. That's exactly what we got. Although our room was dated, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water.

The property looks a bit rundown, but being independently owned and a great price, that goes hand in hand.

Good location. It was quiet, not too far from major attractions and a fine place to sleep after a long day.

The beds did not have fitted sheets, just a rough mattress pad with flat sheet and blanket.

Great value, comfortable bed, hot shower, big fluffy towels, clean room, friendly staff, easy parking near our room.

The tub had a little water staining in it near the drain, and there was a shower grip-mat that was loose in one corner and as a result I needed to be careful not to slip on it. Just a minor issue, not really anything to complain about too much.

The inside of the ring was recently renovated and quite nice! The bed was quite comfortable. Better than I expected for the price I paid.

The shower curtain had a small stain which was a shame as it took away from a very nice renovation job. I wish the ice machine was more accessible. I needed to get ice before checking out. It is located inside the office and no one was there to let me in, even after ringing the bell.

The rooms were very clean and the mattress was brand new & comfortable. The staff at check in was absolutely fantastic & friendly. The rooms were worthy of the price as well.

The most important thing for me is cleanliness. Our room was very clean. I checked mattresses, under beds, etc and it was all clean. Towels were large and lofty. Plenty of room. There is a bit too much furniture, but it was nice to be able to have many surfaces to place things on. The ice machine is in the office, but I was allowed access when asked. Our room was quiet and recently remodeled. I will definitely stay here again. Nice Italian restaurant across the street.

There really isn't much to complain about.
