The staff was super friendly and the room was clean, and super quiet. My fiancé loves planes so being beside the airport was awesome for him with a great view of the planes taking off (still remained quiet) also, I've worked for the choice hotels chain years ago and always refuse to eat the breakfast but it was super clean and food was fresh and plentiful, we had breakfast there and were not disappointed at all! They do a phenomenal job upkeeping their site! We come to the area from about 3 1/2-4 hours away for concerts. This was our first time at this particular hotel but I'll definitely stay again

Not to their fault at all, but the elevator wasn't working and we were on the 3rd floor so that sucked. The staff were apologetic and we survived with no issues. Also hard to find a way into the place due to the construction next door (also not their fault)

Friendly, smiling and welcoming staff at checkin (we arrived after midnight and whoever was working the front desk overnight 7/22-7/23 - was beyond wonderful and got us to our room almost instantly) The fourth floor rooms have this deep, almost vibrating noise every 15 seconds. I’m not sure if it’s the AC system or what - Though it runs 24/7, every 15 seconds. If you need a quiet environment to fall asleep, I don’t recommend the fourth floor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we were able to request room service during our stay to keep up on the comfort of a fresh bed when we got back. Cleanliness - Our shower had a super musty smell when turned on, but was clean to look at. The toilet and vanity were super clean - And for that I am thankful! A previous renters dirty socks were under the chair next to the bed - Otherwise it was a clean room. The pool area is very small and not the most inviting, though our young daughter wasn’t bothered by the size of the room or pool. The laundry area was super clean and easy to use. Breakfast was exactly what you’d expect at a hotel, and it was stocked right up until closing time. Overall, I’d stay again - Just on a lower floor.

We stayed for two days, the First day breakfast was good, fresh food, friendly staff, always keeping supplying of food, the second days was the same the only detail was regular coffee was not hot, and we had to take from the main lobby area, but it was not a big issue. About the cleaning of the rooms the first day was fine we found the room in good condition but on the second day when we arrived late at night we found that the room was not cleaned without knowing why and without any prior information, we called front desk and the said the reason that we did not find the room cleaned was because you have to let them know with 24 hours priori to be cleaned by the COVID. The rest of the facility was very good, pool area they have enough towels, the air condition in the room runs fine the thermostat and sensor keeping working properly, They have fresh lemonade 24 hrs. lobby area and also coffee, around area you have a supermarket, gas station and a CVS.

Explain the customers about how works the room cleaning at the moment of the check in and general information (breakfast hours, pool location, etc.)

The location was perfect for where we needed to be & close to stores and restaurants 😊, I got sick while being there & it was a great plus that they offered coffee & tea 24 hrs a day I loved that, The breakfast had great options that I was never offered any where else & we enjoyed that as well the only thing I would add about the breakfast is some people don’t eat pork so maybe add some non pork options. Overall a great stay we will stay again!

The staff were very friendly. Even gave us free brand new nail clippers when we asked if they had any for sale. The beds were super comfortable, and breakfast was good. This is the first time in a long time I actually walked into a hotel room and commented on how clean and good it smelled. Not cleaning products clean, but very fresh good smell to the air. Great location close to a gas station and drug store, but far enough back that there was zero noise issue. 10/10

The lighting was not good at all for getting ready.

Generally a Good hotel experience. Probably average to above average against expectations. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good in the morning. It had something for everyone.

Little things about the room were not "excellent" Firstly being the showers. Water pressure randomly dropped multiple times and the shower door REFUSED to stay closed without a towel stopping it. The bed was average. Most people will probably consider it good though. Both of these things are minor.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We couldn't stay for the breakfast because we had an early flight.

The wall between rooms wasn't soundproof. We could clearly hear the young family leaving their room at 3:30 a.m. that wasn't really a problem because we were getting ready ourselves.

I was taking the train in the morning so the location was great. It seemed like a very new hotel so all the furnishings were comfortable and attractive.

Nothing. The sweet receptionist checked us in and was there again in the morning. She’s a student from Italy and I applaud her for working while getting her education.

The beds were super comfortable. Easily accessible from. The highway. Super clean very friendly staff would definitely stay there again if needed just a little pricey.

Your breakfast room is too small for the amount of people. Food was awesome but needs to be better placement. Organization. Definetly need to make it bigger. Monday was the day I had issues especially with the waffle maker, with too many people trying to use it and blocking the rest of the food. There was no chocolate milk for kids

The room was very clean and a good size. It was a double queen room. It's always nice to have breakfast included in the nightly rate. It's a basic breakfast but was great to have. The parking lot was well-lit at night. We came from MD to attend a concert at Hershey. It's about 20 minutes from Hershey and right across from the airport.

We arrived in the evening area around the hotel is still being developed and it was hard to find the entrance to the hotel. Also, the blackout shades don't fully close so if you like a really dark room this may be a con. Also, note to staff please don't put someone in a room right off the elevator unless requested by the quest when you aren't fully booked. Since we would be coming back late to due the concert I didn't complain but normally I would have requested to move rooms.
