Perfect place to stay for skiing in Niseko! You can't beat the location and amenities here. 5 minute walk to the chair lift. And in the evening, it's right in the action, walkable to bars/restaurants. There is a ski locker room on the property for getting ready/storing equipment. Upstairs there is a lounge area to store baggage, get ready, hang out if you get there before your room is ready. Coin laundry. The property also has a beautiful onsen (highly recommend!). There was a great breakfast buffet every morning (included) and staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are a little outdated but very clean and comfortable and very spacious. It's a little expensive but it's worth it for a great experience in Niseko. Highly recommend!

Great breakfast, heaps of options. Beautiful onsen - one of the most peaceful hotel onsens from our trip! Great ski/boot storage. Good location walking distance to Grand Hirafu

Very expensive (roughly $600 per night for four people crammed into a traditional Japanese room). Would be great if breakfast could start at 7 rather than 730 to allow more time for the day's activities!

Breakfast is the best I've had in Japan (and Australia as well, actually) - huge selection of cuisines, fresh fruits, salads, vegetables, meats, pastries, coffee drinks, cereals... can't fault it. You can either walk 250m up the hill to the Gondala or 150m down the hill to a small chair lift that links up to the Gondala. Location is ideal. Social room in one of the wings looks out on the street and is a great place to get out and meet others or relax after a long day on the slopes. The sauna is excellent as well, temperature sits at 90 degrees so it's great for hot / cold immersion (water in taps can be turned to 1 degree) at the end of a long day.

It was all good.

Amazing breakfast - lots of variety and caters both traditional and western style. The onsen was amazing. Our rooms was in the new building with traditional style living, we enjoyed the mattress on the floor and didn't have any issues with comfort there (I typically prefer a firm mattress so this was great). We also really liked the ski storage and common lounge provided.

Hotel seemed to be sparse on resources - minor things like new towels not being restocked on each floor but the front desk provided upon request so no issues there. The boot drying room was too hot, I think it may have affected my ski boot fit - next time I would not keep it in there.

We had a great 6 night stay at Niseko Park Hotel. Ski: 5 min walk from the main lift + where the Sapporo - Niseko bus drop off (and all other buses). Facilities: - sent our snowboard to hotel with Yamato - room for snowboard and snowboard boots - ability to tighten your binding etc - LOTS OF SPACE - luggage storage if you arrive early - breakfast included from 7:30am to 9am (good choices and options) - heated toilets in all the bathrooms and GOOD TOILET PAPER TOO! - laundry room 200 yen per wash, + dryer but we never used and dry stuff in our room Room: - no microwave - kettle - we had a traditional room (enough futons for comfort) - massive closet for luggage and hangers and a rack for our clothes to dry too - 2 big radiators - tv but we never used it - lots of washrooms and toilets on each floor - onsen, sauna and outdoor onsen as well - they even had a quiet room - we think resort areas are usually over priced so we had lawsons most days and they had a space for us to have our dinner and enough seating areas for others too Everything was clean and tidy for us Nothing bad to say really. Check in and check out service was great too. Would gladly come back again!

- some people can be loud and obnoxious, that is out of the control of staff.

Located in Upper Hirafu, it's a short up hill walk to Ace Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Center. Breakfast quality and variation was good with fresh daily bread. Having an onsen to soak in every day is a joy. The tatami room we stayed in was standard, clean, good size and comfortable. Ski storage, boot dry room was great, easy access. This is a Japanese style lodge which does the basics very well. It is not plush, styled or fancy but this was not important for us.

There's nothing I didn't like...some things could be improved like breakfast food quickly was finished and not replaced in a timely matter.

We LOVED our stay at Niseko Park Hotel. It totally exceeded our expectations and was probably our favourite hotel during our 3-week Japan trip. Our room (a traditional Japanese-style tatami room) was huge and really beautiful, with stunning views of Mt. Yotei. The mattresses were surprisingly comfortable despite feeling a bit hard, and we didn't hear any other guests when we were in our room - the soundproofing was great. Perhaps our favourite part of the hotel was the onsen. The women's onsen room was always really quiet despite being so nice, and my spouse said the men's was busier but still quiet and relaxing. We loved the addition of the outdoor onsen and the sauna as well as the indoor onsen. We also really appreciated the ski room - it was well organized and spacious with lots of room for all our ski gear! The breakfast was also great and the hotel was within a 10 minute walk to the hill. We already want to come back to stay at this awesome hotel!

The only thing I'd change is perhaps breakfast starting at 7am instead of 7:30 for those of us wanting first tracks on the hill :)

Excellent location and well-run hotel with very clean facilities and generous nay massive breakfast. We had a Japanese-style room with shared bathroom (ie communal washbasins and separate men’s/women’s loos). Fabulous indoor/outdoor onsen (women and men separate)—our first time—if worn out by skiing you’ll have it to yourself in mid afternoon. This is your shower option, so though that might put some people off, it shouldn’t really— if you can overcome shyness you’ll find you’re cleaner than you’ve ever been! Location is excellent, very central, walk to all Hirafu bars and restaurants, a very short walk up to Hirafu Base. We rented ski gear and outerwear/goggles/helmets there (we’re traveling light) and left our boots and skis there for easy access every morning. Other rental places might have more sophisticated choice of gear but you can’t beat an easy walk in the morning! And the staff at the base were absolutely charming.

We liked the experience but check carefully which room you have booked as it’s really good value for Japanese style room but some don’t have a private bathroom (and they do specify this) if that is important to you.

Loved our stay here. Indoor and outdoor onsen was clean and available almost 24 hours a day. Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. Location is perfect - directly opposite supermarket and delicious ramen and great location to slopes. Worth the money even though 2 stars, considering it’s on the mountain and close to everything I thought was reasonable for the price. Pillows are very traditional but rock hard if you’re not used to it and because it’s an older building, you can hear every single foot step every single person takes.Bring you own pillow and ear plugs and it’s a near perfect stay

Noise level of building and pillows very hard

Location of Niseko Park is great! It's less than a 10 min walk from the Hirafu Bus Terminal (it is on a hill, so take that into consideration) with lots of food and ski rental shops nearby. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and my traditional Japanese room was comfortable. The wifi worked pretty well most of the time (sometimes it cut out, but not for too long).

As a vegetarian the buffet breakfast was a bit difficult to eat at (for non-dietary people it looked great!). And the laundry took ¥100 per 10 mins to use the dryer (so I had to keep topping it up).
