Beautiful beach, lovely friendly staff and a really relaxed vibe, loved the lush palm trees everywhere and the individual cabanas which blend naturally into the landscape. Loved the beach and relaxing under the palm trees. Spa at the neighbouring (connected) resort was wonderfully relaxing. Buffet was excellent and the cabanas in the pool made it feel much more individual. Pool was beautiful and walk in for kids, excellent design. Our daughter loved the slide (after the first go!) - she also loved dancing to the various (all excellent) bands in the evening.

Check in was slightly haphazard so we got missed for welcome drink but not a big deal. It would be good to have the option (and knowledge) to book the non buffet restaurants in advance.

the beach , the room the view ,and the bungalow the food is vary and delicious, the hotel provide extra service for free just like snorkel, kayak paddles and more.

the price is expensive., the room size is small .87 for the half bord, the drinks also expensive not only that the hotel provide only one bottle of water only 750ml per day !!!!!!!!! but they provide cooler near the pool and the lobby that can you have your water, but the cooler only in the day time , in the evening you dont have any water. and if you want in the dinner to drink water you need to pay for it (the price is x4 time the outside hotel price) .

Excellent hotel in lovely gardens. Superb beach. Excellent location. Lots of facilities at the hotel, canoe, pedalo, etc. Wonderful pool. The food was excellent. We were on half board as we did some day trips. Fantastic choice of food for breakfast and dinner. International and local cuisines. We ate in all four restaurants/cafes. Particularly enjoyed the Coconut Cafe for local dishes. Also loved the Barbecue on the Beach one evening with Sega Dancing. Nice entertainment in the evening. Really lovely, helpful staff, can particularly mention Ajay in the Woolmar Restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. We would love to return.

Beautiful setting, very lush and green. Gorgeous beach with crystal clear water.

We did NOT like that we had to pay for regular water at every meal, very annoying and irritated all of us. We have never experienced this anywhere else in the world of our travels, so therefore a star less in our ratings.

Amazingly friendly staff, so kind and attentive. The food was delicious and we stayed in a five star after and actually preferred the food at La Pirogue. Huge range and delicious. Coconut beach and grounds just made it a perfect setting. Enough beach beds and shade options for families with babies. Free beach water. And once again…..excellent staff, they couldn’t have been nicer.

The location is sensational. The grounds are fanatastic. It's like a paradise retreat. It fulfilled my dream of being able to walk through coconut trees, across beautiful white sands and into the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean

Everything was fanatastic. The only minus for me was my daughter couldn't stay for the full 3 weeks and because many of the guests are French, German and other nationalities that kept very much to themselves. I felt quite isolated on my own so unless you're a traveller who is happy with little human interaction apart from from staff I wouldn't recommend going solo.

The resort location, facilities , gardens , pool were excellent. The most memorable feature was the outstanding beach and beautiful clear , calm ocean for swimming. The ideal choice for a chilling out holiday break.

Whilst the half board deal was reasonable , the prices of snacks, drinks and laundry were very expensive . Even "All Inclusive" customers had to pay extra charges for some meal and drink choices . The majority of staff were very friendly and helpful but some , especially behind the bar at the La Morne cafe were less than hospitable , maybe they had a bad day?

The hotel is beautifully located, facing a stunning beach. The staff is very friendly and made us feel so special on our honeymoon. We went one night to the sister hotel next door and actually found La Piroque nicer with its cozy huts. The town is a short walk away.

The food at the buffet was good, but could be a bit warmer.

Wonderful hotel, beautufully laid iut in hut villages among the palm trees. Best beach, good restaurants, watersports. Big hotel but never feels crowded. Supermarket 10 mins walk.

Poor service: Check-in very complicated, with 3 different people, and even then they didn't provide much info e.g. we can use the restaurants of the adjoining hotel (we discovered this on our final day). Activities not well communicated: list in reception where you only go when leaving hotel. Check-out very impersonal too: they don't even ask how,was your stay. Some staff don't speak English or,French...even in the bar. ATM is a 35 min walk (reception told us 15 min).

The sea is very shallow even more than 100 meters off the coastal line. The bathroom walls painted with gray. A little bit boring.
