The staff was very attentive to our needs. They changed our room because it was was complaining about the noise outside and near customer in our room.

Need rules. Definite rules what is the hotel will be. Love hotel or business hotel. Because you are hearing some unpleasant sounds. Or sound proof in every room . I like the staff but unfortunately will not stay again.

Great hotel, managed and run with excellence, the staff are all great here especially Carlo's, always cleaning my room immaculately! King rooms are nice and spacious, clean and well maintained, and the hotel is not to far from supermarkets and entertainment. I always feel at home when I visit Angeles thanks to the staff here. Keep up the great work!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job in between.

The only problem with the bathroom glass wall was that someone got up to the bathroom. The other person got woke up. Because of the light. At the front desk, sometimes it’s weird when there are 7 or 8 people behind the desk, giggling. They try to stop when you walk by. It’s just kind of weird.

run down; needs more renovations; top floor under reno. cannot stay in rooms facing inwards ( pool) when raining the water drips and hits the roof over the side of the pool making a noise; i am sensitive to noise.

The location is good. Staffs are exceptional, and the Manager is also friendly and welcoming. Value for money. I recommend this place.

I had booked my room for three pax., but my room was for 2 people only. Upon inquiry, the staff said my room selection is good for 2 only. I did not insist as our third friend did not even travel with us for this trip, so it worked fine for me. Also, the WiFi was frequently interrupted, and once it went off for a few hours. This is not the property's fault though, because the connection was lost for the whole area, as informed.

Accessible to nearby places. Staff were all very respectful and friendly. Hotel room is neat.

Swimming pool is never used by anyone due to both the size as well as the location where it’s located. It is a waste and bad design. Will be good if hotel guests ( address and id of the locals are recorded instead of just names ) for better security and tracing reasons.

I’m a frequent guest in sure stay..very convenient and clean hotel..the staff took care very well especially Llyod, Justin, Gigi and also the security guard..for those travelers who wants to be pampered and have a pleasant stay, do visit sure stay

The facilities were not in use eg.the phone in the room but nothing to be worried as the front desk wasn’t far

Very reasonably priced comfortable hotel, in the heart of the Angeles. Couple minutes walk to the bars on walking street, and a short grab/cab ride away from the malls. Hotel is clean, rooms are very comfortable, staff are great and very helpful. Its more Motel like, large rooms, overlooking a middle courtyard.

Nothing to dislike here, but probably just not the place for lil ones or families.

The meals were OK however some orders that we wanted there was no stock available

The bed was awesome. The staff were all super nice. Very modern room. Everything worked well. Free coffee, tea and kettle. Cups, glasses. Big safety box and could fit a laptop if needed.

I wish the room fridge was colder. I looked for a dial to change the temperature but there wasn't one inside the fridge. I guess I could have asked the staff to do something about it but I didn't. The washroom light is on a sensor. The one in my room was very delicate. Any slight movement in the room set it off.
