Best option if you have a really early flight. If breakfast was included in your price it's so easy. We had to be up early (after 4 am when breakfast opened), and it was hard not to feeling guilty not being hungry enough at that time. So much to choose from. Quiet and nice. Also dinner in evening is easy and no fuss. Few options, great actually and cheap! Like you would pay much more else where now days and it's open to very late if you arrive late and are still hungry or thirsty. And such a relief not have to do anything else than leave your key in a box because everything was paid for when we arrived. (Not scanning or filling in your room number or anything like that, just drop and go. So nice.) Also the hotel is literally so close the walkway inside takes 3 minutes in your up the escalator for security check. Staff was also really welcoming and nice when arriving and explaining everything too. (Not like any other large hotel in Gbg centre). My daughter got a little lollipop too for being patient. The family room was brilliant with the hidden bunk bed. Only used the bottom one but so good. Not a sound from anything outside since flights stop during night anyway after a certain time. Bathroom was so good with the doors actually keeping the water in the shower. A first. Really nice touches in the room too. Great dark block out curtains. Can't think of much that was bad. Other than the hinges on bunk bed was out towards the mattress so if the pillow slipped a child could easily hit their head on it. Did happen, used two pillows. Would been good with a side cover on the low bunk too. Had to use the chair and something to cover the side. Still my daughter nearly fell out. (Fierce roller at night). And the light from the box where you put the key in was bright enough to keep me awake a bit. Soaps are hard to reach for a younger child too. (Like all hotels actually). Other than that can't think of anything else this time.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is very modern and impeccably clean, with excellent amenities. The rooms feature real hardwood floors, adding a nice touch of warmth and quality. We stayed on the top floor and had a fantastic view of the runway and terminal. The wellness facilities were a highlight—there’s a sauna, a gym, and even a hot tub with an airport view. Bathrobes are provided, which is a nice extra touch. Breakfast was another standout. The quality was excellent, and everything tasted great. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious—smooth, creamy, and perfectly cooked. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic option for anyone needing a comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped stay right at the airport. Highly recommended!

The heat was set automatically and it was a little too hot for me.

The hotel is attached to the airport, which was great as it was raining when we arrived so it was good to be able to walk to the hotel under cover. The excellent breakfast is served from 4 a.m., so you don't miss out even if you have an early flight. And being so close meant you could also get maximum sleep time.

When we arrived at about 7.45 pm, there was a delayed flight being accommodated and we were told it would be over an hour before we would be able to get into the bar or restaurant. As we had an early flight we did not want to be eating that late so we just picked up a snack to eat in our room. This was annoying as we had travelled a long way already that day and had been looking forward to a meal on arrival. However, the man at reception did helpfully go and get us a glass of wine from the bar to go with our snack.

Stayed here overnight because we were getting an early flight home after a few days in Gothenburg. Room and facilities were excellent. We used the gym and the sauna which were near to our room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its a short walk into the terminal and the airport bus stop for journeys to/from Gothenburg

The restaurant was unable to offer any hot food on the evening of our stay due to a technical problem in the kitchen. This meant that there was a very limited choice of food, particularly for my wife who is a vegetarian. The bar, reception and kitchen staff did their best but the end result was disappointing I had a platter of cold meat and cheese with bread, olives and some crisps. The kitchen staff gave us some fruit, extra cheese and bread but it was not dinner. If we had been told about this problem on arrival we might have been able to go into the terminal building or order a food delivery but we only found out when we arrived at the restaurantat around 8:30pm There was no hot food at breakast the following morning but the food available was good.

It was raining when we arrived, so we appreciated that we could walk under cover to the hotel in just a few minutes. Our room had a certain elegance due to the colour of the furnishings, yet was cosy and quiet. There were lots of windows which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the scrambled eggs which were delicious.

We arrived on a late flight, and struggled to find the entrance to the hotel even though we could see the reception area through the window. There was signage which we followed inside, but we went outside again as we couldn't see the actual entry point. Maybe that was just because we were tired, but another sign on the actual entry point would have been helpful. Breakfast only went till 10am which meant we couldn't sleep in after arriving on a very late flight.

We had an early flight to catch with pets, so the location was perfect as the hotel is connected to the airport and you can literally walk into the departure lounge in one minute, under cover. They cater for people who have early flights and the restaurant is open already at 4am and was full of guests. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection it was a shame to have to rush off. The room is very clean and even welcomed them with a blanket and bed for our pet with a bowl and treats!! The staff was SO friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to help make my stay comfortable. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality!

Excellent location, you do not even need to go outside in order to access the airport. I was worried that it would be noisy due to the flights landing and taking off but I did not hear a thing! Slept perfect. There is even a small gym if you want to workout. The hotel is stylish and clean. Breakfast is served from 04.00 which is perfect for early flights. Check out process was very smooth and after breakfast you just need to walk 5 minutes in order to reach the bag drop. Would stay again!

Only feedback I have is that there could have been some "fika" sold in the restaurant, for example a cinnamon bun or something with the coffee.

Excellent for who needs to take an early flight. The hotel is located inside the airport and there is an internal path linking the hotel reception with the airport lounge. I want to provide a special thanks to Muhamad, who was in duty of the check-in when I arrived. Our flight had a delay and the restaurant was closed when we arrived. Only chicken sandwiches were available on the self-service, but we are vegetarians. Muhamad went into the restaurant and get some fruits to us, which helped us a lot.

Perfect breakfast at 4 in the morning. Exceptional good. Excellent dinner we had fish and chips. Very nice bar. We stayed in the hotel with a cat, and the staff put a nice basket and blanket and food bowl in the room. Very nice. The room was clean. Very small room with no window, but that is what I booked so no problem. Very friendly staff.

Hottub and sauna where nice but not so warm unfortunately and the window at the hottub area was very unclear so you could hardly see anything because of the calcium of the water attached to the window. So perhaps a cleaning of the window would be good. But that was the only thing, I would definite come back in the future. Thank you.
