We took 4 beds family room during Saturday, 2023. Most of the time we spend outside. Their Breakfast was good. There were lots of varieties of food for breakfast. The room was organized and clean and the hotel view was ok. staffs were well mannered. It will be best if people can stay longer time during autumn not summer.

We were not satisfied about the room service. The windows could not open that is why the room was very hot. the bed and pillows were very very soft and moving when we laid down, it hampered our sleeping. the toiletries was only hand soap and towel. it could be better if there will be more items.

The place is very clean and super quiet. We thought we were alone staying 😀 It was great to have a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. There's a tram stop close by, and the trip to the center total takes around 20-25 minutes. Tram goes quite often. Great breakfast - a lot to choose from. Fun fact - I was not expecting to get a room with a view of the indoor football field 😄

It was a bit confusing with the parking. We arrived with a motorbike and the lady at the reception said it was not safe to leave it in a free parking. So, we left it in a paid parking 5 min away walk from the hotel for 149dkk/24h. You pay per hour, so if you stay less than 24 hours, you pay less.

Hotel is within a sports complex. Designed to stay for sports events, probably teams and families. Our room was looking inside and had a beautiful view of closed stadium. We stopped in the hotel for a day. Ceiling was high since the building is planned along with the stadium and shopping center. Lobby area is good. Staff is good. The amenities in room were interesting. For example instead of wardrobes there was a different arrangement. Also parking was free. Ample room for bringing the car in front of reception for loading and drop off.

Comfy beds, very good breakfast, interesting place, view to the indoor playground was very exciting especially for my son :-)

The room was modern but a little bit too unconventional - no shelves and cabinets, only something like a metal orange grid where I put all my clothes. It is OK for 2-3 days but not very comfortable for a longer stay. Another strange thing - no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near the mirror in the room so I had to dry my hair at a little distance from the mirror. The last thing - all the staff was very nice and friendly - at reception and at the breakfast but one receptionist always answered me in Swedish when I was asking something in English, it was really strange.

The hotel is central to the city and the local amenities. The hotel shares the site with the local sports centre, which is huge. The hotel is comfortable and well set up. Breakfast is extensive and self service. The sport centre is busy most days but usually from Friday-Sunday. Access to the room is by lift only accessible by room key card.

Kettle available from the reception area while milk etc can be taken from the restaurant or local lidle store (10 mins). Nothing was too much trouble.

The staff wasn't clear about how to register the car for free parking, got told to write the time but said nothing about the date. Got a ticket since it was the same date and wrote time for only 1hr parking even though I checked in the same night. They weren't willing to help to fix the parking ticket. Bad service.

it was a nice stay, not my first time at thise Hotel. the Breakfast used to be better but it still is good. the Parking is away from the Hotel and u have to regester your car or you will get a ticket on the next morning. the room very comfortable and clean

Parking was couple of min away from the hotel, in winter thats not nice. the hotel is away from the city but still has very good transportaion.

Very tall room with ceiling at least 4 meters high, perfect for the tallest basketball players. For normal people, although the room area is not so large, but the feeling space is very generous. Simple but practical and clean room facilities. Outside the room is an indoor stadium, if there is a match, the window is the best place for watching.

The bedside table is too small for things. A few hooks on the bathroom wall or door would be more convenient for customers. There might be people upstairs with kids, bouncing around after 10:00, rolling a ball on the floor after 7:00 a.m., loud😥 I wonder if the hotel can advance warning for guests with children. Hotel breakfast is ok, but there are not many categories.

Good location and good breakfast and good views watching the people playing football from the window of your room.a wardrobe to put your stuff. Just now you hang your stuff on the walls.

My son was with his team participating at Partille cup, luckily the stadium at the hotel was hosting half of his matches. The bed was supeeeeer comfortable; stuff were really helpful. The coffe and breakfast were great
