Was in a hurry and only had a dry pastry

I would have loved for there to be a restaurant but understand that may not be practical in a suite hotel. I didn't require a suite; just a place to sleep.

Airport shuttle drivers were helpful.

Calling the hotel staff to get directions, locate the airport shuttle pickup point/door at the airport, and answer simple questions was frustrating beyond belief! Repeated calls left me waiting for a shuttle for over three hours at the airport. Wheelchair services dumped me at the wrong area and new eyeglasses (hadn't become adjusted to them) prevented me from seeing the door numbering signs. All the while, the staff that would eventually answer the phone said they were short staffed and I should probably get an Uber, Lyft, or taxi, when my hotel choice was dependent upon a shuttle ride service provided by the hotel.

Great value for the stay. Right near the gas station to return the car rental and near restaurants. Staff was very friendly, and breakfast started at 4:30 AM which was great because we had to be on our way just before 6 AM : scrambled eggs, sausage, patty, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, waffles, and fruit, coffee, and juice.

Should have nonslip in the showers, standing in shower was little slippery. Also there was no local TV channels. Not that we go to watch television, but it was the World Series and was not able to watch it at the hotel. But not too far away was Ruby Tuesday’s and we watched the World Series there instead.

Alex, the manager, was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room is equipped with a small kitchen and living room area, and was very spacious. There is a small gym on-site, and a laundry. The breakfast had enough healthy offerings (boiled eggs, yogurt) to satisfy us.There is one small restaurant in walking distance (not fine dining, definitely a few steps above fast food).

Overall very comfortable stay. My only negative observation was that there were limited toiletries in the room. There was a small bottle of a combo shampoo/conditioner (very ineffective for anyone with much hair) and a couple of small bars of soap. No lotion or body wash. Not what I would have expected at that price point. My observation when checking in was that the hotel gets a lot of stranded travelers from the nearby airport; many of whime probably don't have essential toiletries with them (like lotion, conditioner and body wash) and woukd most appreciate having them provided.

Breakfast has a good variety. The potatoes were too spicy for us, maybe offer plain potatoes? Otherwise it was quite good.

coffee, definitely could use better brand? The eggs were cool, but we microwaved them, not sure if the burners were on underneath the chaffing dish. oh we were in a supposed handicapped room but without a walk in tub, and the bed was very very high, I take it you have medical lifts to get the handicapped person into bed? Or does the staff throw you into bed? curious that one.!

It was clean, and the suite was in good condition. Nothing was worn or shabby. One could stay here for a night, a week or a month, because it is equipped just like a home. It has a 2 burner range, full (apartment size) refrigerator, kitchen sink, towels, silverware, plates, cups, and bowls. Internet service is provided, and charging receptacles are abundant. The breakfast, which I did not try, looked very good, complete with eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, toast, bagels, coffee, tea, and milk. Apples, bananas, and oranges also looked fresh and appetizing. Shuttle service to the airport starts at 3am and runs on the hour. The driver was very prompt, professional, and courteous. I only stayed there one night, but this will be my go-to place to stay while in Denver. I did not use any of the other amenities, so I can't comment on them.

There was nothing I could complain about... that always upsets me... Be aware that when the shuttle gets to the airport, it does not drop you off at your airline; the shuttle drops you off at a central point where you'll start by going through TSA. It's a big airport, so give yourself plenty of time to navigate to your gate.

We were allocated a room in Comfort Suites across the way and the reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The room was extremely spacious, comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for the night before a flight home and only a short drive to car rental return. Parking and great breakfast included. Good restaurant within moderate walking distance for evening meal - plenty of choice if you drive.

This review is for Comfort Suites which is where our king suite was. We did not get the same vibes from the Mainstay reception staff or the exterior of the building and reception area.

I arrived very late and was welcomed with a smile. The staff was extremely friendly.

Posted at the reservation desk is a note stating that the rooms will be cleaned every three days unless requested. I was there for 10 days and had to request my room be cleaned. If it were going to be cleaned every three days. My room should’ve been cleaned at least twice before I left… but the cleaning ladies and the staff were very kind when I requested towels or any additional items they were very happy to give it to me.

Only stayed one night but had a decent bed and good shower. Quite a reasonably sized room. Breakfast was pretty standard but included in price. Free shuttle was very handy as hotel was a little way outside the airport. Booking your return time at reception.,

Little more information about catching the shuttle bus on the website. I was informed that you catch it on Level 5 (where you pick up luggage). Go outside Door 512 (or any close by really) to island 3 where the hotel shuttles pick up. Many hotel shuttles turn up (it's confusing!). Mainstay is a blue & white van and has MainStay on it. It runs 24/7 every half hour but I would still message them with your arrival time to make sure.

The shuttle from DIA was an hour and a half late picking me up. I had to call the hotel to see where he was. I waited from 4 pm until 5:45 pm. For this reason I will not stay at this hotel or any other that uses this shuttle service. To top it off the driver took me to the wrong hotel but fortunately was within walking distance to mine. I feel he knew he wouldn’t get a tip since the service was lousy and really didn’t care.
