Location to the airport was great and the free hotel shuttle to pick us up was very convenient. Our room was large and well appointed, the kitchen area was excellent and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was usable. Breakfast was also very nice. We chose this hotel as the next day we were picking up an RV from Road Bear and they offered free pick up from the hotel to their depot.

The bath was extremely shallow/low, and was quite difficult for a disabled person and the shower could have been better considering the tiny bath. There was also no restaurant on site for evening meals, you had to visit a handful of local fast food outlets.

This was a very convenient location close to the airport and not too far from the city. Although I didn't get to eat the breakfast I appreciate that it was included and it looked good from what I could see. The room was very cosy and spacious. Overall a good stay.

The staff did not book our complimentary airport drop off when I asked so there was a bit of a confusion but the driver helped me regardless of this.

Very clean lobby, halls and room. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Well situated near convenience store and many restaurants. Breakfast was quite good.

Check-in was challenging. Everyone at the reception were wearing earbuds and clearly not focused on us, the customers. Needed to repeat information over and over again. Manager should require that employees not have earbuds in if staff are dealing with customers. Staff need to be more professional.

Very clean and new property. Very spacious suite with full kitchen that was fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and closet area were very large. I could’ve spent a week or more and been very comfortable.

I think there should’ve been more than one front desk person on duty at least during peak times such as afternoon/evening. The lines were long.

This is such a nice property. It was a last-minute booking and we didn't arrive until almost 10 pm (and left by 5:30 am) so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy it but it was so modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was super spacious with a beautiful bathroom (we even took notes on some of the design elements as we are currently remodeling our bathroom at home). While we arrived by car we did notice they had a shuttle to/from the airport.

The location appears to be a new rebuilding area in town. Lots of chain restaurants nearby if that’s your thing. Seemed very industrial but it was close to the airport. Our main reason was the distance for a one night layover.

I was pleasantly surprised at the size and comfort of the room. Excellent location if you need to catch an early flight to the airport. The bathroom was light, bright and very spacious..

It was perfect for an airport stay.

Was clean, had a good breakfast selection, and had a basketball court outside and board games in the lobby.

Charge $15 for parking even though its not a congested area like downtown. Lobby was really cold.

Tay at the front desk is excellent. She should coach colleagues in customer service and professionalism. We stayed here last Friday and the front desk team was so unprofessional. Tay deserves recognition.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room. The floor in the shower needed a bit of maintenance, but it was clean. Breakfast options were good as well. There were lots of places to plug in phones for charging on nightstands.

Light switch locations in the room were oddly placed. Entry light switch was around a corner by the bathroom.
