I love the Woodspring Suites extended stay chain. I’ve been to two properties now & the customer service is always exceptional. A few little differences at this property. Moriah’s customer service is exceptional. My initial check in was very stress free and I needed it to be. Next time, I’ll try to plan seven days stay at a time when I visit Cali. Thanks again!

I didn’t know what the extra $5 fee is for after re check in for a separate booking to stay in the same room, but I’m glad it was low enough for me to pay it without warning. Also, this property should add the cutboard & hand towels.

Very big, clean room. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Good price. AC working silent and Effective.

There wasn’t anything in kitchen equipment - those are apartments without breakfast included so would be good to have cups, plates and forks at least.

ONLY issue we had is that we weren't told that the kitchenette had no kitchen tools. no pot, pan, silverware, etc. something like that should be included in rate, at least to RENT. And if not still there, then be responsible for. laundry availability was cool. Staff didn't have a way to make change. How much sense does that make? We went down the street, one block to do it.

coffee --was morels ..watery but it was a nice thing

people on surrounding smoking marihuana --with open containers of alcohol on the outside ,,,the front desk female a bit rude when I ask her about a hair dryer...got a half answer and continue talking about her dramatic relationship with another employee- the transaction amount was processed twice on my statement ...people leaving garbage by the elevators....

It’s new so of course it’s clean the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. They were stingy with bath towels it was an act of congress just to get clean towels. You have to call a number for assistance staff is only available certain hours which is strange to me. I can say aside from all of that I liked how everything that we needed was on the Artesia .

We took stop at wood springs after LA before proceeding further to San Diego. Hotel is well located with spacious room and ample parking space.

We opted Woodspring suites for the Kitchen as we were traveling with family. Though it has Kitchen there were no utensils provided. Looks they need be purchased separately from front desk. It would be good if these details were made transparent while booking.

For the price, it was decent. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and half size stove. The bed is confortable.

When I arrived at 4 pm there was no one at the front desk. A lot of homless people outside of the building smoking weed and roamed the property in a suspicious way. The bed makes noises with little movement

The only issue I had was that the front desk wasn’t available 24hrs. There were people waiting/sleeping in the lobby for someone to show up at the front desk and help them check in, tried calling the after hour phone number and went straight to the front desk where no one was there. I tried my best to help those people who came from another country and had no room. Otherwise, everything else was GREAT

The rooms are spacious and the entire facility is kept clean. Parking can get slightly crowded, but overall the place was great!

When cooking in the kitchen, the exhaust venting goes back into the room, not directly outside (exhaust fan not connected to vent outdoors).

It was very clean! The staff was really nice! Josue was very nice at check in!

I didn’t like that it was like pulling teeth to get a towel! They stated I would incur a fee if I had one too many towels! It was a trade in system one for one! The towels are very small and barely covered anything!
