We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Bedford Hotel & Suites. The staff was very professional and welcoming throughout our visit. The front desk associate greeted us with a big, pleasant smile that set a positive tone right from the start. A special mention also goes to the senior breakfast server, whose kindness and friendly attitude made mornings especially enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered ample parking. Its convenient location with easy access to the highway, along with nearby amenities such as Tim Hortons, a pizza shop, and a gas station, made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had such an awesome stay at Chateau Bedford Trademark Collection by Wyndham! The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. For the price, it’s honestly hard to beat. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one really impressed me with its value for money. Sure, it’s an older hotel, but it’s so well taken care of that it feels charming rather than outdated. You can tell they put a lot of effort into maintaining it, and it shows. Oh, and the breakfasts are amazing! Good variety, fresh, and really tasty. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot in the area that doesn’t break the bank, I’d definitely recommend it.

Everything was perfect! If I could suggest one little thing, it’d be adding a shoehorn and a toilet brush in the rooms. Not a big deal at all—just a friendly thought!

Good sized very clean room, bathroom also very good size and clean. Beds very comfortable and clean, seating area good. Nice TV with choice of channels. Having a coffee maker (espresso) was excellent and an unexpected bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will book this hotel again on our next visit

The area where we could get hot drinks 24/7 could do with at least one spotlight to illuminate the hot drinks area. It is a very dark area right now and could be dangerous.

An exceptional facility with a well trained and caring staff. Seems, they have had renovations recently because the hotel looks like new inside. The pool, the gym, the dining area and the room with the corridors - I have nothing to complain about. Spent 5 nights with the family and we didn't regret any moment. The breakfast is just great, everything tastes like a home-made meal. And their omelette is the best!

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. They had a great breakfast . Rooms were very clean with smart tvs so you can watch your own nexflix ,disney+,youtube, etc. Everything/place is only a 20 minute drive or less away. This was not our first stay at this property and definitely will not be our last.

Beds were a little hard but some people like a hard bed. Had to reconnect to the wifi everytime we left the hotel, but that could be a me problem and not the hotel.

I liked how clean the rooms were and how helpful and kind the staff was. I really liked having a common eating area since we were travelling with a large group of family members. We were in the third floor and it was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was good too with nice drinks and hot food. The pool temperature was good too.

I would have loved if they had a hot tub next to the pool. We did a lot of touristy activities and would have loved a nice relaxing hot soak afterwards. But at least we had the pool which was a comfortable temperature.

The room was very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities (fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, and microwave). We appreciated the plush, clean towels and the breakfast was by far the best we have ever had. The rooms were well sound-proffed considering the proximity to the 102 which was very convenient. This was a complete surprise and we will be back!

The heating system was loud which is a problem with this type of system. Could have had bath robes in the room.

The breakfast was nice. Hot choices, and the other usual foods, in a decent breakfast room.

I had selected a handicapped room, so it was on the ground floor. If I did this again, I would be a little further down the hall, and away from the lobby. Secondly I think that the room may not have been used for some time. Although it was fine, there were a few cobwebs behind the bathroom door. And I didn't discover until I was in the bath that the container of body wash was actually empty. Details!!

we arrived late in the evening, were told all rooms that we originally booked had been let so they had upgraded us to a mini suite. It was a lovely room, bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. (I don't usually sleep well in a strange bed, but I slept very well this night) Breakfast in the morning was well done. I would stay here again for sure and would not hesitate to recommend it!

Bed was large and comfy, good breakfast and friendly helpful staff. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch and we made use of the fridge as we’ve been travelling with food.

There aren’t really any walkable restaurants, but that said, we were given recommendations by the hotel staff and enjoyed a nice meal at an Irish pub about 12 minutes by car.
