10/10! Loved staying here. Rosa & David are extremely hospitable hosts & they have wonderful staff. The location is absolute perfection. For me it was exactly what I was looking for. (You are far from GL so only a day trip there is possible & advise not to drive past dark). The restaurant food is delicious too at DaRosa. The individual bungalows are clean, comfortable & safe. Everything was excellent - better than I could have asked for. Location was to die for. Hire a scooter at the airport (40 min ride) - check out beaches, go zip lining in San Benito & see the Marvelous Somyot Cave. Everything is within your reach. Best of all, relax & enjoy all Siargao has to offer! Can’t wait to go back :)

Overall I'm so happy with my stay here. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and kind people. The owners helped us get a ride to and from the airport and get a motorbike on the days we needed it and we didn't even have to leave the hotel. Also, they shared some of their anniversary dinner (pasta and cake) with the guests. The pets are pretty great too. Especially Bella she's just so sweet and it hurt to say goodbye to her. The food at the restaurant is super tasty and there's quite a lot of choices to choose from for a place so far away from the tourist area. If you're looking for a nice place to rest away from all the noise then this place is perfect. I was able to stay there for about 14 days and enjoyed the peace and quiet greatly since I'm a very big introvert, but even if you're not you could definitely enjoy this place for some time if you're looking for a calm and relaxing spot to stay.

I guess If there's one complaint I think it would be the beds aren't super comfortable. It wouldn't change my mind to stay here though.

Dave and Rosa were great hosts. Dave took me to Taktak Waterfall and Danjug Nature Park Caves. He also let me tag along on a shopping trip to General Luna. The location of DaRosa was very relaxing, especially after touring India for 8 weeks. There are only 6 bungalows, and they are all just steps from the beach and ocean. The bungalows have a/c and a fan. They also have a mini fridge and a small safe. A lap top will not fit, but an IPad Mini did fit. The room was a good size with a big bed. They provided a beach towel. The lanai had a clothesline with pins to dry your clothes. The on demand hot water worked great in the shower. The shower is enclosed with glass. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided. The meals in the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. The North convenience store was across the main road. It was maybe a 5 minute walk down the path to the road. If you are a pet lover, you will enjoy the two dogs Bella and Maple and Thor the lone cat.

Beautiful beach with clear water which is about 30 metres away from the resort. It is such a peaceful little resort, quiet with truly kind owners and workers. My partner and I fell in love with the dogs that were there as well: little Maple, Bella and other friends. Food was good, staff were friendly and owners were truly so welcoming. They work so hard and make sure that every single person has a good time in Siargao. They helped us rent a bike, gave us advice on places to go on the island and made sure that we always felt comfortable.

I loved everything about my stay there. I had initially booked 2 nights at DaRosa Del Mar but I had 2 flights canceled last minute because of bad weather. The owner had organized a pick up for me at the airport both time, didn’t ask for anything and even refunded me 50% as I could not make it. I ended up arriving a few days later than initially planned at the north of the island and booked 1 more night there. Best choice! Staff was super welcoming, food was good, the rooms are as clean, comfortable and well-furnished as they could be, and the place with the private beach is truly beautiful. Definitely recommend to stay a few nights there if you’re visiting the north of Siargao!!

We spend a whole week in DaRosa with a wonderful apartment directly at the beach. The rooms are clean, have AC and a fan, big hot showers and fast WiFi around the whole area. The food at the in-house restaurant is also really good, perfect for a relaxed holiday with your love. The staff is friendly and the service is good. Eating breakfast at the beach was our favorite moment. DaRosa Del Mar is worth a visit if you are in Siargao!

Absolutely stunning! Great location away from the busy part that is General Luna. Perfect hospitality and very cute dogs! Maple stole our hearts (and shoes :) ). Owners were really nice and helpfull. They helped with getting some medicine for a starting ear infection on short notice! Food and drinks we good and the prices fair. Thanks for a perfect few first days in the Philippines!

I truly appreciated staying at DaRosa Del Mar. The room was complete with a mini fridge, kettle, purified water, safe, AC, fan, clean bedroom/ washroom. I finally felt relaxed after a long journey. Stayed beside the beach and relaxed in calm water. Glad they had a restaurant, drank mango shakes all day and it has good food.

Superfriendly staff and owners. Tasty and affordable food (big portions). Nice bungalows. Beautiful garden. Everything perfect.

We loved everything, from the location in a remote, and very peaceful, part of the island where you can lie in white sand and swim in the blue waters, to the staff and the food. Our sea view room was big and super super clean. It had hot water, a safe box, A/C and a fan. We had a balcony where you could relax looking at the sea. The beach was at our doorstep. They have some beds and umbrellas at the beach for you to use for free as well as paddle boards and kayaks. Also a chilling area with hammocks next to it. The food was amazing, big portions and cheaper than anywhere else in the island we went to. Free coffee in the morning. We loved their cocktails too. The staff is always there to help you with anything. They gave us a lot of tips about the island, and because of that, we saw way more than expected. They organised pick up from airport for an extra fee which was very convenient, and they can help you rent a motorbike in the same accomodation which is totally recommended. Bella, their beautiful dog, makes the stay even better!! So cute! It is a great place to stay and we will definitely come back one day. Thank you!!
