They overcharged me and now I have to jump through hoops to fix

Our room was clean and nicely decorated! Shower was large and fully equipped with full bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Nice blow dryer provided. Breakfast was nice and had a waffle maker and nice sitting area. Staff at check in and checkout were very friendly. Staff suggested we dine at BT’s and if you show the blue card from hotel you get a 10% discount. Great bar and restaurant with amazing food for a great price. Staff their also excellent and friendly! We would definitely stay here again and eat at BT’s. Great value!

Not a complaint but want to let you know if you are a light sleeper you may not like it here. Walls are very thin, but this did not bother us.

Central location just off the lobby. The coffee was extremely too strong and overheard numerous other guests saying the same thing. Only has sugar and Sweet and Low, No Splenda or Equal. Lady said they were lucky they had that. Waffles and eggs were good. Also a good selection of juices.

Could have done a much better job at vacuuming the floors. I dropped something next to the bed and when I got down on the floor to pick it up I noticed all the dust that was around all the edges of the beds and the headboard. Looks like hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed in a long time. The bed linens were all very clean and fresh and bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. They had the TV volume limited to 21 which was not loud enough to hear. I have great hearing and I had to put a chair near the TV to hear. Couldn't lay in the bed and watch/listen to TV. I understand having limits on the TV volume so as to not disturb other guests but 21 was too low.

There is no extra charge if you have an animal. The place is clean but dated. At one time the whole hotel must have been smoking as every room I've stayed in has the "someone once smoked in here smell," but a glade plug in did the trick. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very dated but the water was hot and the water pressure good. Good hotel.

Stale cigarette smell. Huge price increase anytime RU is having an event.

The room was great. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was more than adequate. A great value! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room and bathroom were neat, clean and comfortable. I would return!!

The noise/privacy factor due to thin walls was apparent !! The property was hard to maneuver a larger car around and the entrance back to the main road was partially impeded by an overgrown bush.

Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. Easy access from the highway and a large grocery store down the street.

No elevator. we did not know this and both of us use a cane. But the staff helped with our things at night and the morning.

The stay was nice the workers were extra friendly one of the managers was from New Jersey. The continental breakfast could have been better but it was not bad. I really have no complaints I woke up well rested no noise at all.

Front desk staff is amazing! She’s so nice, warm and accommodating. I’m sorry I forgot her name but she was the only one there during our stay. the gentleman who also cleaning the bedding works super hard and also very kind. Thank you!

Nothing really…. I do want to jet you know that Room 108 AC may need fixing. our room starts smell like shrimp???? anyways we were barely there so we didn’t bother to let front desk know.

Staff was friendly. First floor easy to get to room. King bed was comfortable. Likes the Dove products.

Walls are thin, could hear tv playing in room next door. Sofa bed was dirty and uncomfortable—too old.

The hotel was conveniently located off of I-81 and I was welcomed by a friendly front desk employee upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and affordably priced! A good value!
