There was good choices for breakfast.

There was an issues with the elevator not coming down to the ground floor. Which made it very difficult for my sister and I due to medical issues

Everything was decent really. Greeted and got in the room quick. Layed in the field by the hotel, relaxing a little. Room was clean and had all the amenities promised. Food options around was plenty if I recall. I think I had breakfast too, but can’t remember.

Super clean and extremely comfy hotel. Ample rooms. The bed and comforter were so silky smooth my wife didn't want to come home. The ladies at the lobby were there for many years, treating it like a lovely home they take pride in, and there is a large housekeeping staff working hard. 24 hour coffee and teas and full breakfast free. It's surrounded by 360 degrees mountain views straight off the highway. There is a Walmart and Walgreens right up the road on Alt 75 main road. You are 20 mins north of Knoxville with a golden globe tower and nice art museum. You can park at the museum lot to go see the World's fair park. The downtown main street is super cool restored downtown - spanking new look to the historical buildings.

Tennessee is a wall to wall speed trap so beware. Google maps will warn you about speed traps but not roaming patrol cars. The highway here is two lanes with wall to wall trucks in the right lane - but a lovely hilly drive and smooth road.

Room was large,, comfortable, clean and well-maintained. Appreciated the large fridge with freezer and the usual microwave and coffee maker. Seemed new or at least up-to-date. Breakfast was sufficient despite an absence of hot items (except for the waffle maker), but they did have boiled eggs

The room was very clean , and the bathroom was stocked with fresh towels, shame toilet wasn’t flushed

That the toilet was backed up and called front desk about it and was told to come get a plunger and fix it myself . When we open the lid full of stuff . Guess that’s how things flush

Employee reached out to me via text during out stay before arriving. She kept checking bag to make sure everything was okay. I wasn't expecting it but it was great to be able to have somebody reach out in case we needed anything. We also checked out through text, no need to stop by the front desk:)

Everything was clean, and it was a great location for the value. Restaurants and groceries stores are all within less than a 5 minute drive. The only thing that put me off a bit was that even though the room was non-smoking you could tell that there had been somebody smoking there. Not the staff responsibility though, but maybe something to help with the smoke odor when cleaning.

Loved the location, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicous! Especially the waffles looking forward to staying here in the future.

Less mirrors in the rooms. Was just a little off putting having one whole wall being mirrors.

Overall very good place go stay

That morning a cleaning lady came by and we explained we would be checking out by 11 and then she came by 2 more times to ask so we felt rushed to leave. Bathroom and shower floor is also very slick

Clean. Comfortable bed.

There were three of us . Only two wash cloths. We were too tired to back down to the desk for the third one.

Location excellent for getting to/from VT. Plenty of activities/restaurants in area.

Room was very near:close to internal stairs, door to stairs would be open/closed through night making noise.
