The room is huge and spotless. The bed was comfortable. Slept very well.

Our GPS had us driving in circles through extremely narrow roadways to the hotel. It was very hard to find the hotel . When you do, you realize you don't park in front of it. You have to go inside and get a ticket from the front desk, then go back around and park in underground parking. But the parking isn't just for the hotel. We don't speak French and got on a set of elevators that took us into what I believe was a business. Luckily the people that were leaving work tried to help us and show us how to get into the hotel. One more thing, when on the hotel elevator, you have to scan your room card on a large button in the elevator then push what floor you're going to. Very confusing but we ended up figuring it out. Lol

Very clean, great staff, great room, very clean. I have no complaints about this hotel for my short stay. The check in and check out was effortless and I only stayed for one night so I didn't have time to check out the areas or amenities.

Everything was pretty good, I have no complains. The box says I have to type more, so I'm going to keep typing. Almost there. Just a little more. 75% now. Okay we're nearing the end. Just a few more sentences. Annnnd done!

Very new, sleek and modern style/furnishings. Lots of power outlets and lighting in the room. Spacious bathroom. Hotel restaurant is great. Close to lots of shopping anf services.

No hot tub. No bath tub in the room - they should warn you about that and ask if you are ok with only a shower. Rooms are very stuffy. Everyone in our group of rooms was stuffed up in the morning.

The location was excellent with lots of restaurants, shopping and public transit within steps of the hotel. Our room was the biggest we have ever stayed in at a hotel (we had a one room suite which was enormous). The hotel is newly constructd so everything is clean and new. Staff were great

did not like the fire alarm at 6:30 a.m in the morning. Took an hour to get back into the Hotel. Hope the people that caused the fire alarm got charged with a large fine.

Close to a lot of amenities and restaurants. Great staff and underground parking.

It’s expensive and doesn’t have a lobby for cars to stop so you can check in. The television was not working properly but customer service was quickly attentive.

Check-in was easy and the room was very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed.

Not intuitive to have to tap key card to get to room levels in the elevator. I understand the access is low enough to be wheelchair accessible, but there is not really a sign telling you to tap in order to go. Check-out was a bit slow as the employee was on the phone and did not even acknowledge me for several minutes.

We didn't have breakfast on site. Instead we opted for pastries at the pastry shop not far away. Breakfast was not included.

Everything was to our expectations - including indoor parking at no charge. We expected a discount on the cost as we were obliged to stay due to power outage from the ice storm.

Everything! It’s located close to everything we needed and despite being close to highways and construction going on, was surprisingly quiet. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s a bonus to have free, secure parking too.

The beds are sooo comfortable and the place is very clean. It is perfectly situated if you want to shop in Quartier Dix 30.

I needed coffee at 6am before I left but the Starbucks only open at 6:30 😝
