Room was great! So big and very clean. Staff were very friendly and nice. Free parking is a bonus. Breakfast was okay. Overall nice and cute hotel.

- To access everywhere by smart key card was a bit hassle coz the cards they gave us were not working. - The breakfast space is small and we had difficulty both days. - They didn't have a sign or some banner, and to find the place was a bit difficult. We had to go around the building for several times to find the location. The veriety of the breakfast was not great, but it was okay. The locaton of course is far from downtown.

The room was very stylish and larger than I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I picked this hotel for it's location. I can drive to Montreal, park, and use public transportation to do and see everything easily from La Dalphin. I wanted to watch L'International des Feux Loto-Québec fireworks show and was able to walk back to my room at the end of the show.

I didn't find anything I wanted to eat at the breakfast buffet. It was generally ok, but just that. The AC was down when I first got to the hotel. It came on later and I was comfortable, but it was a concern. La Dalphin was nicer and pricier than the places I stay most often.

The room was very nice. Clearly updated. Bathroom was clean and lighting was great for those middle of the night trips. The wall lights took a minute to figure out. The safe was a nice addition. We wanted to be within walking distance of La Ronde to avoid parking and traffic after the fireworks, and this fit the bill nicely. Still a bit of a walk, but for the price, can't be beat.

Breakfast could have had a few more selections. It was pretty basic, but put something in our stomachs before heading out on the road again. Nothing hot like bacon, sausage, eggs etc. Pastries, yogurt, bread and bagels to toast.

A clean friendly very comfortable bilingual hotel.

Pre-covid I regularly stayed at this hotel when visitng Montreal to attend the fireworks, and rated it at 10 out of 10. However, the breafast while still good used to be better - now the only warm item is hard boiled eggs. There used to be a hot-pot of beans flavored with pork fat - not a familar breakfast item (at least for Americans) but one I really enjoyed. No more. Packaged saugage links would be a bit of a compensaton and the hotel should consider adding them to the breakfast fare. Also, the need to circle around a giant newly constructed apartment complex has made the walk to the metro- staton about 1/3 longer than it was. So my rating has now dropped to 8 out of 10.

The room was well appointed, enjoyed seating area, light switch by the bed to turn off all the lights. Extra long bench to put luggage on. Breakfast the staff were always on hand to refill and wipe down very visibly. Desk staff were exceptionally looking up information, holding our luggage while we did one last jaunt. I was very proud of my choice of this hotel for our party. It was a measley 10 min walk to metro to take us into Montreal. Car park is spacious.

Really if I had to pick something it has 1 elevator, but realistically it is only a few stories. Other then get heavy luggage up it’s good for you to take the stairs.

The room was clean and well-appointed. It was a corner suite on the fifth floor with an amazing view. The location was perfect. A Metro station and shopping center were within walking distance.

The breakfast was good if not great. (Bagels would have been nice.) Before arrival, the hotel assured me they had water for a CPAP, but when we got there they were rather bemused when we inquired. Unfortunately, there was no store open nearby where we could buy the distilled water. The front desk staff was defensive rather than apologetic. Most hotels provide this courtesy.

Absolutely loved everything about this Hotel . Great location close to the city . With restaurants close by . The staff who welcomed us and who booked us out in the morning were just the most professional, polite and helpful of any hotel reception I have ever stayed . Nothing was too much trouble . The room has everything and an apple Mac. So clean , and the most comfortable bed . Breakfast was everything I needed . I hope we can get a room when we return to Montreal at the end of our holiday. Thank you to all the reception staff .

That I couldn't stay here any longer

I loved the breakfast and the modern look of the room. The luxury vinyl flooring was such a nice, clean look versus carpet. Since we were driving, the location was easy to reach by car but exploring Montreal by subway was possible because of the location of a subway stop within a 10 minute walk. Vicki at the reception desk was wonderful about helping us with planning sites to see in Montreal and helping us understand the Metro.

We had no complaints at all. If I had to pick something, I would have preferred a little larger couch in the room and always love some sort of coffee table or ottoman with it.

- Breakfast is simple but delicious. - Environment is very clean and tidy. - Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Laundry is free (note that detergent isn't and can be purchased at the counter for $1.25).

Not necessarily dislikes but just some notes that people might hopefully find useful: - The location is close to a metro station which is very convenient but locates in the fare zone B and thus requires additional fare just to get to anywhere in the city. - There's only one washing machine and dryer, so you might have to wait for others finishing their laundry. - iMac in the room is quite old (approximately >10 yrs) but I didn't expect myself in need of using it anyway.

It was really clean , the location was good, of course if you drive , I'm not sure about public transportation Outdoor free parking was available

Breakfast , it could be much, much better The elevator had a mechanical issue , which might cause very serious danger for the residents , we informed the receptionist to bring in a technician and get it fixed There was no electric kettle in the room , I prepared to have it in Windows Handel's were broken / removed (donit know why) , I really needed fresh air inside, so I needed to go downstairs, outside.
