The room thoughtfully included all the essentials for a comfortable and convenient travel experience. The highlight was the excellent continental breakfast, featuring a delightful blend of international and local Malaysian cuisines. One noteworthy advantage is the provision of free parking, with options for both open parking areas and building parking. This adds to the convenience, allowing guests to focus on enjoying their stay without worrying about parking logistics. While my overall experience was highly satisfying, I do have a minor observation. The range of activities for families and couples within the hotel premises appeared somewhat limited after check-in. Although the hotel offers cycling, ATV rides, and various beach activities, the options for swimming were a bit restricted. To address this, I ventured to Teluk Kemang, a nearby beach, approximately 15-20 minutes away. There, a longer stretch of beach awaited, offering a more diverse array of activities such as banana boat rides, boat rides, jet skiing, and even horse riding. In conclusion, I remain thoroughly satisfied with my stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. It's a top choice for those seeking a premium and indulgent experience in this beautiful coastal town.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Lexis Hibiscus, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have not seen where the staff was so friendly and accommodating to every visitor. The rooms are clean, I can understand the rooms are exposed to the sea as you can see a bit of wear and tear. It’s not that I’m complaining just because of the price you pay I would expect a bit better for the value for my money. Overall the location is great everything was very good.

The only thing I didn’t like was, there were a lot of flies in the restaurant which was a bit of a disappointment. But the food was great, very tasty and the variety for the buffet was amazing.

We enjoyed te sea view from our balcony and the pool. The room itself was clean and comfortable and at a distance from others of big families with children. The breakfast was very assorted with Indian, western and local food. Nice live music and songs in the bar. There was an opportunity to take a driver to visit Malakka and Port Dickson. All the staff is very helpful.

Rather far from everything. The bicycles can be rented to use on hotel premises which are not so big for riding On the beach there is only a small space to enter the sea. The beer and Pina Colada in the bar seemed to have more water than the respective ingredients.

A great place to just unwind and be free. Nice view and very calm. The services are good , buggy on time and very helpful, the breakfast i would say quite decent, maybe can have more varieties. The staffs are friendly especially Benjo, Ayu, he is the one greeted and welcoming us, fulfil our request and yet take the effort to give us fruits and drinks . Very thoughtful of him . I would definitely stay again whenever I just want to get away from the city life.

The swimming pool in each villa full of dead insects . Need to regularly clean it. One staff doing omelette station on the 22nd Oct is very rude and not accommodating.

Room full of ants, long wait time for buggy service. Limited options at kedai runcit for snacks. Bathtub plumbing not working. Door locks always stuck. Weird switches (inverted on/off, wrong labeling for lights/fans), could not connect HDMI to tv because tv is built into the wall frame. Breakfast option could be better for 5 star hotels. Receptionist did not mention that we have special designated parking for our room category, only noticed during checkout.

From the minute we arrived to the very moment we got in our taxi to the airport at the end the hospitality was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff if they could help. Food in all restaurants was simply fantastic and very authentic. We were upgraded to a panoramic sea view villa during our stay and both the room, sea view were phenomenal. The hotels private beach and main pool was very quiet too. We were already impressed when we arrived but it was one of those hotels where the more time we spent there the more we enjoyed it and it's better in person than in videos! Also very reasonable prices for meals and facilities including massages etc. We went during school time so the hotel was quiet and relaxed. It may be different during school holidays so something to maybe check before you book if that is what you're looking for. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at this magnificent hotel. Our room was upgraded to a panoramic villa, which truly enhanced our experience. The receptionist, Mr. Nabil, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and provided clear explanations. Everything was excellent, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the smooth check-out process. The buggy service and all staff provided outstanding service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were equally excellent. The best performance for the fireworks performance which were awesome We commend your efforts and will certainly return to your hotel in the future.

1) The view from the balcony is stunning, and listening to the sound of the waves is very relaxing. 2) The hotel environment is clean and well-maintained, with many entertainment facilities such as karaoke, a children’s playground, and areas for jogging or renting bicycles. 3) The staff are friendly and helpful. For example, when they see you carrying luggage, they’ll proactively offer assistance. If you have any questions, the front desk staff respond patiently. 4) It’s close to several attractions, such as the Port Dickson Ornamental Fish Center and the Army Museum Port Dickson. 5) The room provides four bottles of drinking water, each 500ml. Once you finish them, you can call for a refill, and they’ll promptly bring another four bottles of warm water. I found this thoughtful and the service very fast. 6) The technical staff are efficient. For example, when the electric kettle cord was damaged, they replaced it immediately. When the door lock was loose, they fixed it quickly. 7) Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and tastes quite good.

1) There were four adults, but the room only had two pairs of slippers and bathrobes. 2) The receipt could only be issued to either an individual or a company. I requested both, but they couldn’t do it, even though other hotels I’ve stayed at were able to. 3) The refrigerator was not cold enough. 4) There were many flies in the restaurant. 5) In the mornings and evenings, there were many birds on the balcony and outside the door. It was a bit noisy, and there were bird droppings. 6) The ceiling in the toilet was leaking.

We spent our Raya 2025 here with our beloved mother in law. It is our first experience celebrating Eid not in our own house and our hometown . We brought all our Raya food and celebrated in our rooms. I have to say the hospitality is impeccable. From the front desk, the the buggy drivers like Syamim, Khairul Akmal were very friendly, the room service was quite slow, and the food can be improved but understandably due to high volume of visitors and the restaurant sent a fruit platter as an apology , which I think was very thoughtful Even the breakfast buffet staffs were so courteous, everyone greets us Selamat Hari Raya when we walked in with our Raya attire . After the Eid prayers and photography sessions all over the beautiful resort , the kids spent hours in the pool! At night we went cycling as a family of 9 and it was a surely an unforgettable experience. We would highly recommend the resort for a family vacation .
