The staff was excellent. Ms Joan, the manager was great :) and dealt with the issues that arose very well. Thank you.

We booked two rooms and one was advertised as having a back balcony, the photos looked great on the advertisement.. unfortunately, the balcony was just facing a blank wall. It was a disappointment. The next day, the comfort room had a problem with the toilet’s flushing system. This time, I had to really express my disappointments to the staff who were very helpful esp Ms Joan, who dealt with the issue right away and moved us to a family room and with a balcony that has a beautiful view. I really appreciated how the staff addressed the situation.

We always stay in Azalea when an opportunity arises. We would stay 2-3 weeks (every other year in the past) at this place pre-pandemic. It feels like home to us. The location is just perfect & the facilities were great, not to mention the very hospitable & accommodating personnel. We loved your first, or original, previous food concessionaire, TRADITION, because they serve variety of dishes, a number of which is what Baguio has to offer like the sayote tops ensalada, Strawberry preserve, not only the jam or spread. That was before you changed ot to Kuya J.😔

The deal with your new food concessionaire, Kuya J. Buffet breakfast is not the same anymore. Few selection for a buffet. Opens late (at 7am). Some guests prefer to dine in earlier than 7 am. Those early risers, after a jog or a walk around the hotel vicinity, would want to lounge at 6am in the dining area & have a look or a go at the buffet. I'm not that 100% happy with the service. Some things have changed after the pandemic I guess. But we will always go back to Azalea. But would probabaly skip the meals at Kuya J. I hope you can bring Tradition back as your food concessionaire.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with some good choices. The hotel is located centrally to make it easy to visit many of the local tourist spots like Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, the Strawberry Fields etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I had originally booked a room with queen size bed, but ended up in a double bed room. I also booked a room with a balcony and the description said "view of trees", but my view was a wall of the neighboring building.

I would have wanted bacon as part of the breakfast menu. Perhaps mix it up a little from one day to the next. :-)

The location was perfect. Very convenient to SM Baguio and around key sites around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really goes out of their way to assist guests.

Not enough facilities available like at least a gym or spa as they do not have a pool. It was very warm when we came so a quick dip in the pool would made our stay even more memorable.

Courteous and polite staff. Smiles everywhere. Bar staff - very accommodating to our needs. Door men - always ready to offer a hand with our bags.

Soiled hand towel in our bathroom. Also - staff could be more attentive during breakfast buffet. Coffee pot needs to be refilled. Used plates could be cleared from our table while we sample other dishes. Otherwise, staff were exceptional.

Room is Clean cozy and you have everything you need.

It’s not that I don’t like but it will be better if not all the lights are yellow. There should be a white light as well since the other building is stopping the sunlight from coming in. It’s kinda dim for older people like us.

People are nice

The breakfast. When asking on what room the “Kuya J” attendant should have advice guest on where to seat. Very bad experience on food service and quality. Refills were not properly organized. Discrimination of customers, I asked for a bigger glass and told there is no available but a foreigner was given. Our room was also not that fragrant.

the small kitchen is a cute idea with complete dining set.. good choices for the buffet breakfast..

i guess people especially those from the hot areas like manila probably will have a hard time with weighted blankets…it was quite uncomfortable…maybe because it’s not a usual blanket or comforter…

it’s friendly staff. Things get easier especially during the typhoon doksuri, because they make things happen for you. like calling taxis and massage salon and bus terminal.

hotel transport wasn’t available. Kuya J’s breakfast buffet food were okay and the staffs are okay but the system wasn’t. it was a mess.
