The junior suite was well equipped and very comfortable. The spa area was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was very helpful, friendly and we got an early check in on Sunday. Would definitely recommend it and we will return.

The WiFi was not good at all. The food and atmosphere in the upper restaurant was a disappointment. It was way too bright light like a dentist office, the piano playlist was bad and boring. And the Menu and food was a catastrophe. It has great potential with the right atmosphere and a completely new menu. The food was boring and had no taste. Most dishes were cold, even the ones with beef and the asparagus main course which should be removed from the menu immediately.

The spacious room, amazing breakfast. Nespresso machine in the room, electric kettle and tea upon request. The most spacious shower room I've ever seen. Super clean. Helpful and friendlyl staff. Very good location. Nice spa with a very warm pool at winter. The small details - umbrellas for guests, etc. Highly recommended.

There is a serious issue with noise. You can hear anyone walking with heels in the corridor, next room noises, and noises from the street. There are often protest groups outside the hotel since it's near a political spot. Could use better windows and better noise protection/isolation in the rooms. We stayed there on February so the hotel wasn't full, I assume that in more busy times this could be a serious issue. Also the room was way too dark, little lighting.

Liked the location, nice hotels grounds. Did not have breakfast, so can not comment on this.

Did not like the room. View was to nowhere, to the wall. Room was very dark ans not cosy. Could t even to put the make up. Maybe other rooms had better view, but hotel did not look fully booked, do not know why reception picked such a bad romm. We would not come back. Hotel takes deposit of 115 eur, which was refunded folowing day, i was not informed about this during booking!

We always choose to stay at this hotel when in Warsaw—it’s so exceptional that it often becomes our excuse to visit the city! The experience is always amazing. We absolutely love the wine, olive oil, and bread in your restaurant, and the cheese is exceptionally good as well. The spa facilities are top-notch, and the staff is consistently warm and accommodating, even going the extra mile to change the room for us when needed. Thank you for always making our stay so memorable!

Perhaps you might consider expanding your music selection in the spa. I’ve stayed at your hotel at least six times, and during all my visits, it seems that only one song plays continuously in the spa. It would be great to have a bit more variety to enhance the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

It's a very stylish hotel with an amazing breakfast and great spa. Location is unbeatable. Staff was helpful and friendly (apart from one crazy lady).

My late checkout was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I was fully packed and ready to leave but needed to take an important work call. At 2:04 PM, a member of the housekeeping staff came to my room and, in a rather abrupt manner, insisted that I leave immediately as I was already past the checkout time. Although it was evident I was on the phone and prepared to depart, I explained the situation to her. However, she continued to emphasise that I was late and needed to vacate the room. This interaction unfortunately detracted from what had otherwise been a positive experience during my stay. Also, soundproofing is quite bad, you can hear every tiny noise outside of the room.

1.I could order someting to drink to the Swimming pool and it's was open 24/24 2. Size of the room

1. Check in: I had to pay at front ( not even seen the room). 2.I think it's overpriced. For 1500/2300 for 2 night the breakfast should be included. 3. You have access only to your floor. We were located on different floor with friends so it's not possible to visit.

Beautiful wellness area available 24h. Large room with a spacious bathroom. Good design. Very helpful staff, everyone was really kind Very good restaurant.

We were traveling with a small child - beautifully designed room, full of glass, marble and leather, is a challenging space for a child that still wants to play on the floor, touch everything. The room has 'deemed' lights, impossible to enlighten it fully. This 'darkness' helps to relax, but it is not very practical. I also think that cleaning service could try harder. There was a coffee machine in the room but no opportunity to do tea.

I have stayed in three hotels in Warsaw, it's Nobu Hotel, Radisson Collection hotel and Hotel Warszawa and Hotel Warszawa was the best so far. It has a great location, it has a very very good spa with really nice indoor pool (but it would be better if it's warmer) and saunas. Stuff is friendly and rooms are not small, it also well designed and pretty impressive for a historic building. Highly recommend

Breakfast was not good, it doesn't meet expectations of 5 star hotel in Europe at all. Doesn't worth to add in it booking

A very nicely designed hotel. Elements of the building have been preserved, which beautifully demonstrates the originality of this place. Very good quality of materials used in the rooms and common areas. It's worth being there and learning the history of this place. When you are in Warsaw it is worth visiting this place if you are an architecture lover. Not many hotels allow you to have a drink by the pool and we loved it. ;)

The service of bartenders and at the reception, was at a very low level. At the reception I waited as if I was invisible, even though there were 3 employees and no other customers. The bartenders at the snack bar looked like I was bothering them when I wanted to order something. It's a shame because people are also part of the hotel experience.

Hotel Warszawa is exceptional! A jewel of Warsaw. This is the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed. Building is a historical monument, rooms are huge and superbly decorated. Love the colors, steel, wood, linen, concrete in decor. Bathtub fits two people easy for a relaxing time. Speaking of relaxing, spa and the pool was great. Breakfast was delicious, staff and waiters were so nice. But restaurant was made even better with interior design and scale of space. We will be traveling to Poland again just to stay at Hotel Warszawa again!
