I really appreciated the special attention I got from the front counterperson thanking me for being an Honors member when I arrived and the special attention she gave me during the process--and then when I got to my room, the TV was on saying "Welcome James--Hilton Honors Member". After traveling alone for a long time, I thought that extra touch felt really nice. The room and TV were beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. It was a very relaxing stay. The entire staff, from the counter people to the cleaning and maintenance staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I think the breakfast could be better. The eggs were dry and not very appetizing. Maybe I'm being a bit too picky, but I thought there could be more of a variety of food choices. How about some healthier choices as well?

This place was convenient to stay at, very clean, well kept. The lady working the desk when we checked in was super friendly (I had major dental work done and couldn’t talk) she understood my notepad lol she was the sweetest! Even gave me some salt and a cup to rinse my mouth.

The only cons we had were when we went to check out I asked the lady working if I could change my payment method from a credit card to bank card and she got really snotty with me to the point where I said forget it, I called booking.com and changed it that way.

Breakfast is decent. It would be a good idea to invest in heat lamps or steamers to keep warm food warm. Other than that, the food is decent and there are plenty of options. The room was very clean and the kitchen area was nicely stocked.

The coffee in the lobby is so bland. It would be great to have the same coffee from the rooms in the lobby. A variety of creamers wold be great also. Of course, a hot tub by the pool would be ideal.

Located about a mile away from the event we attended. The hotel was clean and quiet. Spacious well supplied room. Breakfast had a nice selection. My only complaint is we got there late and had to leave early. I would have liked to spend a little more time there!

It seemed a little pricey for one person. (Grandma) Family was in another room.

Very clean! Helpful and pleasant staff. Large rooms with high ceilings. Coffee all day for coffee drinkers. Never heard any of the others guests while in our room so I assume it was more sound proof than other hotels.Kitchenette was very useful. Not very far from shopping. Nice restaurant next door with online ordering. Good breakfast with plenty of options

Thin blankets and we prefer soft mattresses. The dishes in the kitchenette were dirty

Excellent hot breakfast served. Fresh water with fruit slices in the lobby.

Only one ice machine in the entire building working and it's a big place. Carpet in our room was wet from something. Room had a food aroma. Staff wasn't very friendly. TV wasn't automatically hooked up. Had to call to get maintenance there which took 3 calls. Maintenance not friendly at all!

Breakfast ends at 9:00 😳 earliest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. It was a bit tight because we were hopping to sleep a little more that morning. And one more thing - the bathroom door at the room is a sliding door with no lock so it is less private for a family stay.

Easy to find, clean, the breakfast & coffee. Each staff we encountered was very welcoming and friendly. I requested a downstairs due to having 3 littles & i got the closest room to the front lobby which i appreciated.

Ice machine was making ice as we were departing LOL
