Very clean, comfortable accommodation just outside of the old town. An easy 15-20 min walk into the old town. Breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Carparking was easy, so close to the Moxy. This place was great for our short, one night stay.

Air conditioning in our room wasn't good! Dont think it was working! we were very hot. We should have spoken up, but it was just a 1 night stop and we were too tired to make a fuss.

Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, look for the premiere inn, it's just past it. Hotel very similar to an Ibis Styles, Rooms were basic but modern, not much storage area. Good airconditioning,very clean hotel, beds pillows comfortable, bathroom with shower & good water pressure The breakfast was quite good, reasonable selection of both hot & cold food.Staff were helpful, you get a complimentary gin tea. No fridge in room. Public transport about 5 minutes walk. Easy 15 minute walk into town centre.

Great staff! Also a nice atmosphere, relaxed. Parking close by for our motorcycle which was dry and secure. Staff made this place though, very helpful with recommendations for dinner (we went to Gasthaus Alte Mainmühle on their recommendation and it was fabulous). Short walk into town (a nice easy 15-20 minutes). Definitely worth a stay.

Directions to the parking and property are a little bit of a challenge, though not helped by road works which will presumable soon go. Wurzburg is an old city and a bit difficult to get around, but stick with it, the hotel and staff are great!

Our room had modern decor but was a little cramped. The hotel is set back from a major road but just a short drive from the beautiful Residenz.

Our satnav directed us to the car park of Lidl, 2 buildings away, instead of to the hotel. We now know that you have to go around the back to the car park and drive down to level -5, but finding it on the day was quite stressful. I've since found an email from them detailing all this that I didn't know I had received.

We really liked that the place was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing! We also got complementary bottles of water (in glass!) and two coins to use at the bar for some ice tea.

We were a bit disappointed that lunch started at 1pm and we couldn't get anything proper (except for snacks) to eat at the hotel as we didn't get breakfast. The place is not close to any restaurants, so getting some food was a little tricky. Another thing is that the bathroom door was not leveled properly, so we couldn't get the door to stay open (to let the bathroom open after the shower for example). Not a big problem but a bit annoying

The rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a long stay in the hotel and the personal was always kind and available to meet my needs. I brough my little dog with me and he was treated in the nicest way by the girls of the reception. The location of the hotel is great, well connected, close to the train station and the city center.

Anita was excellent at solving a less than ideal situation to do with the property. If it wasn’t for her I would have been very upset and left a very negative review… but she did everything a concierge is supposed to. Turning my review from 1 -> 10*s. Thank you for understanding my situation and sorting it out as quickly, efficiently and as kindly as possible.

Good location and is well connected to the main train station. Room is big, comfortable and clean.

I was happy with the hotel, the only thing that I was not expecting is that the room doesn't have a wardrobe to store the clothes. There are only a few hangers attached to a board on the wall, but not enough. But overall, I like everything.

A great location close to the center, the main railway station and Lidl. A quiet clean room with the queen-size comfortable bed. A modern bathroom. A speedy internet. A free welcome drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in the bar lounge. An easy check-in and check-out.

We could leave our luggage in the storage room, but it didn't work properly with a code and we needed to call a receptionist every time. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

I really liked the breakfast. I eat glutenfree and they prepared me glutenfree bread. Foods were fresh and well served. I was prejudiced from the beginning and thought that it would not meet my expectations. But the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and close to the city. Especially the receptionist Mr. Şener took great care of us. It was the best hotel I stayed in during my trips to Germany.
