I liked pretty much everything about our stay, with the exception of the spotty wifi in the lobby area.. otherwise my girlfriend and I had a nice time. We appreciate the staff who were very nice and friendly . The room was comfortable and nicely laid out. The bed was comfortable and spacious. It's been one of the nicer Hotels I've stayed in. So again thank you for a pleasant experience

The property is nice and it’s clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. My girls enjoyed playing pool and the lobby/lounge area. It’s location is great, right by the harbor. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool and missed breakfast but that was on us. Hopefully we’ll have that experience in our next trip.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room so we weren’t able to heat up leftovers from dinner.

It was comfortable and clean. The receptionist was nice. It was conveniently located close to shopping centers and lots of fun things to do in the area.

The only thing that I had a problem with was the shower door didn’t close all the way. It wasn’t a huge deal I just put towels on the floor to avoid a huge water spill.

the noise of other rooms, especially the rooms above us. I made several calls to the front desk about the constant noise from the rooms above us (sounded like kids running around all night). For that reason, I don't think I would stay here again, at least not if I am given a room above me.

Comfortable and accessible to shopping malls, groceries, restaurants.

The only thing that is hard for seniors who had weak grip like me had difficulty of pressing the bathing stuffs like soap, shampoo,conditioners. lotion . Bottle container is hard to press,

I liked it because it was just a little get away with my daughter and we really did have fun because went to the gym while there and we also helped a lady out in trying catch one of her dogs that had gotten away from her.

Loved the beds, pillows, and sheets. I might call corporate to enquire about the manufacturers of the mattress, pillows and bedding! Would love it for my own home. The hot breakfast was good with a fair number of options.

Coffee could have been a little better. It tasted like it had been made in advance and then burned on the burner.

Hotel was clean and smelled nice. SUPER friendly staff, delicious coffee, accommodating and quick. Breakfast was a typical Continental, but still tasty. All in all, it will cause me to look for this brand more often.

75$ seems high for a 10lb doggo, but I suppose good dog owners pay for others mistakes.

Felt new and had clean and organized facilities. Room was cozy and clean. Polite and helpful staff

The TV didn’t really work. There was a Roku plugged into to it. Not sure if they had cable. While the Roku was on you could not adjust the volume. TV was unwatchable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and spotlessly clean, and the free parking on-site was super convenient. Highly recommended!

The breakfast could have been better, but for just one day, it was more than enough.
