The staff was courteous and friendly. They let you know ahead of time that the elevator is not in working condition, therefore you have to use the stairs.

The doors to the outside do not seem very secured. There was a homeless person sitting on the outside stairs close to where I was parked. He is charging his phone in the outdoor outlet that was at the bottom of the stairs. I was hesitant to go out and ask him to move or walk around him. I had to go to the other side of the hotel to get to my vehicle.

Nice quiet room, good air-conditioning, great parking, could see and monitor my vehicle perfectly from my room window.

it was a bit difficult getting my luggage to the room as the property was under a revamp alot of painting and upgrades going on within, that coupled with the fact that i am a one handed man i have two hands but one of them is severely damaged made it a bit difficult to get my effects into the room but other than that , it was worth the difficulty nit because it is a five star property , it has been there,for quite some time since the mid 8o's if my memory serves me well, but all things considered, the price , the staff , the location, the quietness it is worth the money and the hassles moreover than many more modern or upgraded properties.

The room had easy access. Parking was close. The breakfast had a nice variety. The room was comfortable and the temperature was easy to control.

The water temperature was constantly fluctuating between cool and extremely hot. Had to step out of the water and readjust. Not enough towels. I would have liked two towels per person in my room, but we only had two towels.

Perfect quiet location for visiting my family. Nice/convenient having several restaurants/markets within walking distance. Park (with dog park) close by if you like to walk. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly.

Nothing comes to mind. The door lock in my first room didn’t work but they immediately moved me to another room so more positive than negative.

Very convenient location! The staff was super helpful in adding more days to our room as my father was dying and we didn't know how long we needed a hotel room. Chili (sp?) was a wonderful lady at the front desk who added our stay as needed. She was friendly and compassionate.

It was very clean and comfortable the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We always had clean towels and our trash was empty, they asked what else they could do to make our stay easier, didn’t hurt it was close to Dion’s.

It was clean and close to our event. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Felt safe in the area and it was right next to a Dion’s.

Our beds and pillows were not too comfortable (too hard for me), but rooms were clean and staff was helpful.

Standard continental breakfast. Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable.

Stairs outside are crumbling and there is no elevator. There are several doors to the hallway and they all slam, so depending on where your room is it can be very noisy. Pool was closed which was a drag.

Property is a little run down. The side entrance door is not secure. Anyone can walk in without any security.
