Everything else, the bed, was soooo comfortable! The online reviews, were not at all accurate more like complainers, but we're easy to please. Clean, comfy, an has mostly everything.

There could have been more breakfast, an having to do it our selfs, not so much for my husband enough food at the stations. The rooms need more creamer.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, the friendly staff, and how clean the hotel is. It was good to be welcomed by the staff and very courteous service. We have stayed at other places for a higher rate but found those hotels dirty, mattresses needing to be replaced and staff that were rude the minute we walked in But this was a very pleasant and clean experience we enjoyed. Hope it stays that way! The yard is well maintained with a beautiful landscape and an outdoor pool that is clean!

The only thing I didn't like is our stay was short!

Very large room. They were able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room although there is a elevator so an upper room would have been ok too. The bed is very comfortable. The room is basic but has been updated with vinyl flooring. I have not had the breakfast yet.

From a distance the building looks ok due to being recently painted, I think. However, where the doors are located for the rooms, did not get a fresh coat of paint and the doors themselves are filthy, making the room look shabby from the outside. The glass turntable in the microwave seems to be for a different size of microwave because it wouldn't sit right on the underneath part. If you put the glass where it should go, the microwave door won't close correctly. I had to sit the glass kind of half on and half off the turntable underneath, pushed towards the back to the door would close. It worked ok that way but made a lot of racket.

the property was a convenient location. it was basically quiet and the staff were all helpful with issues that arose or basic requests. the room had nice amenities (mini-fridge, desk, and updated style). I appreciated the fact that it was pet-friendly and I could take my dog to the breakfast room with me.

The outside stairs could have been maintained better. The gym was not pleasant … just 2 basic machines and didn’t have a good feel.

Our front desk help was AMAZING I can’t remember her name but she went more than above and beyond. I spoke on the phone with her a few times she was extremely helpful she also check me in and she was even more amazing. She made everything extremely easy for a crazy family trip.

I wanted to stay another week kuz I lost my wallet. so when I did that she said I needed a drivers license. I didn’t have one kuz it was stollen. so she told me I would have too go. That was a little humiliating. I’d didn’t feel she made any effort at all!!

Room was clean with lots of towels. Staff was so nice! We were in town for the Balloon 🎈 Fiesta. They were able to accommodate an early check in after we drove all night. The staff in the office were always friendly. Breakfast was served extra early for the event and my grandson loved the waffles.

Nothing really. A little pricier than I expected but still a good value.

Location to Balloon Festival; excellent! Clean, quiet rooms. Free parking. Very nice front desk and custodial staff.

More options for breakfast menu. In need of infrastructure update, badly!! Your stairs are in horrible condition.! They are an accident about to happen. We used the elevator exclusively!! Ceiling in outside walkways leak badly.

Lisa at the front desk at both check-in and check out was GREAT! She was so accommodating because I got there early and had reserved a specific type of room and she got me in the room early and let me check-out 1 hour late even on a busy weekend (Super Bowl) coming up and they were at full occupancy. She was also so pleasant and personable. I was at Days Inn and Suites on San Antonio Dr, Albuquerque, NM

Not much, the placard with room number was missing but it was still easy to tell which room was mine.

We checked in on Wednesday and checked out Sunday. I called and asked for our room to be swept and mopped for and for the trash to be taken out Friday. We didn’t need anything else done…however when I called the from the lady said she couldn’t promise they’d get to our room and unfortunately they never did.
