They are very nice there. Breakfast was well stocked. The location is good. pool and hot tub are both very good. This was my second stay there.

The evening staff made good and was nice about this but she let me know that I need to call when I use a 3 rd party because she did not see my reservation and over booked after me.

Facility said they were overbooked by third parties and sold out, so could not honor our reservation but did find a room for us at the facility. Don’t know who’s actually at fault. Haven’t experienced that before with a hotel. Are hotels becoming as bad as airlines? That’s disconcerting, frustrating.

Located just off the Freeway 1-25. Comfortable bed and room. Near restaurants and shopping.

Our Garmin had a difficult time finding the Comfort Inn . In fact the address took us to the back of the building on a dead end street with no access. The drive entrance was not marked. We had to go behind a gas station, in a alley road to get to the front entrance. Breakfast at a Comfort Inn is good until you get to the hot part, eggs were not edible. The sausages were very good. These warm and serve meals are not worth eating.

Staff was extremely friendly. Close to Sandia where we were attending a concert. Breakfast was good with a good selection.

Getting in parking lot was a little difficult 1st time, almost missed entrance, it's actually entrance to the gas station. Only one elevator and it was extremely slow.

The beat part were the people we dealt with. Stephanie and Alejandra were the best. When all the luggage carriers were in use, Alejandra offered to help us carry them to the car. Best stay of this vacation. I stayed in 4 different Comfort hotels.

The location was great. The room was very clean and the beds were so co.

The elevator door was a tight squeeze! I felt bad for the morning clerk. She had to put out the breakfast, answer the phones and do check outs. She was amazing, but it was a lot.

Very nice and clean room. Easy location to get to the sites in the area.

The last day of our stay, we noticed that the breakfast area wasn't staffed like it had been the previous days. The food available was running low.

Didn't have breakfast cause we got up late and room was very comfortable

The pool being closed when I wanted to swim in the morning but it's ok I understand that the pool and hot tub need cleaning so very understandable

The lady at the front desk who did my check in was great!! We had an amazing start to our vacation at this hotel. She was professional and extremely helpful. She even recommended fun things to do while we were visiting.

Great front desk staff ....clean surroundings both inside and outside. Nice rooms and the most comfortable beds and pillows ever!

I think the maid service was non existent,however,it’s understandable with all the different rules after COVID. We had no maid service the entire stay and had to go to the front desk to get towels,soap,etc. The beds were never made but,again,it’s probably very confusing for the staff as to what the new normal is. All in all,we were quite comfortable and satisfied.
