The property was new and clean, the woman at the front desk was wonderful and was able to give us an early check in to accommodate my disability, I wish I had remembered to get her name. The breakfast was pretty good, the gym and pool were great, there was plenty of parking and we just generally felt safe and felt that our vehicle was safe. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and we would most definitely stay here again!

The only complaint I have is the coffee makers in the room.. it’s a 1 cup, little disposable pod and you need like 3 to make a cup of coffee that you can’t see through and they don’t put the coffee out downstairs until 7am on weekends. I’m an early riser and like to have my coffee finished by 7am.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Establishment is very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast was simple yet abundant and I left very full. Realized there is a laundry facility on site which is a huge bonus for us and the in room microwave/fridge helped keep food costs low. Plus the gas station next door was extremely convenient to have nearby. I am so very pleased with this visit, we definitely got a great value- everything was easy and it didn't hurt the wallet. We will definitely be reverting to Fairfield Inn & Suites whenever we travel now.

Fast check-in and great atmosphere, also got a room upgrade. Staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful

My receipt showed 1 price, but my account showed another. Friday's breakfast was good and the staff kept everything full. Saturday was not so and the staff acted agitated when you asked her a simple question. All the other staff were great!

It was a great facility. Awesome breakfast. Great area.

I did not like that we couldn't control our room ac, we could set it on what we wanted but it was automatically set on auto, and as soon as it got to a comfortable temperature in the room it would cut off and get hot again. Everyone went home with sinus issues from the room going from cool to hot throughout the night.

I had left a bag full of Souvenirs by mistake on the day of us checking out. When I had called a few days later in hopes that it was still there. The staff was very helpful with helping me to get my stuff sent to me. I will most definitely be staying here next time I come into town!

The staff was amazing and very very helpful, the night staff and day staff. I had questions where to go around to see new areas , they gave me a list and wrote down places the locals hang out. I appreciate their service. Even house keeping staff were so helpful. And the kitchen were very polite.

I have no complaints at all.

Breakfast was great, everything was clean and comfortable. We ended up staying an extra day because we were so comfortable. The pool was perfect for everyone especially my youngest child. He had a blast with the fountain. We will be staying here whenever we go back to visit Arlington again.

Nice hotel, staff & room. Good location. Free breakfast, although, I'm sure the cost was included in the room charge.

A few days at breakfast food/drink were empty & not filled during breakfast hours. The mattress was on the hard side & lumpy. Could've been much better.

Location was great. We will return again ( your front staff member Adolphus, was great) see you later this year.
