It was a nice new building. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. They had great space in the lobby area for our team to hangout as a group. We will stay at this chain again, but as a couple and not as a family or team.

the bathroom situation is a little odd. There are no solid walls between the bathroom area and sleeping area. Breakfast wasn’t included which would have been nice.

The rooms are so nice and clean!! (The whole hotel is!) The beds are very comfortable. Love that there’s a seating area within your room for working or eating at your convenience. The pool area was beautiful and the gym was equipped with everything you needed!!! The younger lady that was on duty the second have of my stay was AMAZING! She made sure to take care of me and my littles in the best way and she should be praised!! We will definitely be back!! This will be my go to spot when in Arlington!!!

I liked the decor. It was very nicely put together and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t a restaurant and you can only order through a screen and a Sunday you couldn’t even order after 10:am. I thought it would be at least be through 11:00 am on a weekend. Thank goodness that I found a coffee shop nearby where I got some breakfast and my coffee fix! I would have preferred to have a restaurant on the premises that served full breakfast but l guess can’t have everything! Overall, I would recommend the place.

Was pleasantly surprised! We want to stay at all the Alofts now. Front staff sooo nice and cheerful and knowledge friendly recommending places to eat in the area. The room smelled amazing and everything was crisp and clean. For the first time since way before COVID I felt like I didn’t have to disinfect anything.

There was no free complimentary breakfast foods such as Danish, donuts to go with the free coffee. Wish pets weren't allowed.

Clean and ui to dare and friendly staff.

No cameras. My jeep and 2 others got broken into the night we stayed Christmas weekend. The hotel was only open for 1 month. Needs to put more cameras around the parking lot. I am out money for having to replace my window and my stuff that got stolen. I have not heard from the hotel or anyone since it happened. Who does not put cameras around their building in this day and age? The only one they had was facing the front entrance of the building.

Gaming area, lounge was comfortable with modern decor unique rooms everything was beautiful. if you have kids or a conference you’ll love it

The lobby area was pretty cool had a pool table and fun games to play like jenga etc.. also had a good bar in the lobby as well. King room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Rooms only had a steamer not an actual iron/ironing board. There also wasn’t a microwave as well.

Love the environment and how different it looked from all other hotels

No shower privacy, went with my son and it was hard to have shower privacy but we made it work and stayed in the room area and watch tv while the other showered

one staff member wasn’t the friendliest. he was not mean, just didn’t seem courteous.
