The property was very clean, parking was convenient and the rooms was so lush and comfortable I felt as if I was staying 5 star! It was also an excellent location very close to shopping and the convention we came to attend! This location is a must stay! I will definitely stay there again, I’m so excited to visit Arlington again with my family this summer! So glad to know I have a solid family hotel choice. The front desk clerk that night Brittany, was absolutely amazing she was very sweet and polite and made sure we had every accommodation possible! If you’re not sure where you should stay when visiting Arlington pick this location.

Staff was excellent, facility was clean and updated and it is a great location for work or leisure!

I don’t usually write reviews. But I was a solo traveler , my first time at that . I traveled to Texas for the Mike Tyson fight . And this hotel was a perfect choice . The staff was friendly/professional/ welcoming.Not one day of my stay I felt uncomfortable. The hotel was was so clean and the food from their restaurant/bar was really good . And I love they have a shuttle service to take you to/ from events . It’s 10 mins from the At&T stadium. I’d definitely stay here again :) 10/10

I liked how safe the area was that the hotel is in. I didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot or anywhere on the property. I also liked how quiet the area of town is that the hotel is in. The bed was very comfortable too, helped me relax and get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was very clean and nice too; the shower was fantastic. Very comfortable room.

The price is a little high, but I suppose that's the going rate for feeling safe and staying in a nice, clean hotel. I was very happy I chose to stay here. It's definitely worth it for a nice, clean, safe hotel.

Customer service was great; the lady @ the desk in the late evenings is very helpful and during the day, Christian was great. Both helped us get our room changed to what we originally booked it for. The hotel was very clean and had all the amenities available... gym was nice and even had the battle rope but unfortunately, I did not get to use the gym! Hotel room was nice and clean and bed was so comfy; I slept like a baby.

Very clean inside and out of the building, friendly front desk Staff, plenty of parking, beautiful water feature in the front outside and bubble water feature inside, pretty modern decor, overall a great place to stay. The indoor pool was so much fun, very clean as well.

The cost of the breakfast was not ideal, several motels offer complimentary breakfast, not so lucky here.

I had a special client event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Arlington/Dallas. We actually had Mike Tyson make a guest appearance at corporate event in their conference room. I have to say Brienna Roberts and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate. Both my stay and the event went fantastic. Brienna felt like a true collaborative partner.

The hotel and the staff were excellent. I have nothing to share that I did not like.

The property was very close to the church where I attended the conference and easily accessible. Very clean and comfortable. Desk staff was amazing.

The lady serving breakfast was very short and hateful. She could use some customer service training. I walked away and did not eat breakfast there, she was the only hiccup in my stay. I will stay again at this property when in the area.

The staff were really great. Literally everyone I encountered. I loved the location and the fact that you had a shuttle service to the Cowboys game. Breakfast was good.

I was charged $14.00 for a slither of cheesecake. I’m not a cheapskate but it was ridiculously small. No other complaints.

Location as well as cleanliness. Convenience to everything needed for our stay to see our youngest son get married.

The one usb on our bedside table didn’t work, or the lights, but all others did so it wasn’t a problem

The staff was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable too.

Only down fall was one elevator was down and we'll sometimes you had to wait a few minutes to get on due to it being full but other than that it was great staying there.
