Words are not enough to express my gratitude for the humane attitude and understanding we received from the owners of the hotel. We are visiting them for the second time and we didn't even suspect how good a choice we made a year ago. The location is excellent, the view too- 5 minutes from the sea and the promenade. And, at the same time, it is quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts in the apartment and felt like home. A well equipped kitchen is an added bonus. Oh, the huge terrace with sunbeds is lovely. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind and humane attitude and for taking care of us!

Very lovely property, quiet, extremly comfortable bed, fully equipped appartment, small kitchen, big tv, personal parking space (not on the street but in front of the building, dedicate remote for the barier), 10 minutes walk from Kotor fortress, 7 minutes walk to Kotor beach,l where you have several restaurant options as well as access to a long walking promenande on the gulf, perfect for evening walks. Very good value for the amount paid here, friendly host, helped a lot !

We loved how new and modern it was. There was great free parking, brilliant stuff that replied on WhatsApp straight away. Fabulous AC that kept us cool all day and night even though it was mid heat wave at 35°!

The location is about 15 to 20 minute walk from old town and is quite uphill walking back. However it isn’t too tricky. As a picky girl I also would have loved a long length mirror to do outfit checks lol!

a great apartment building! the host Tatjana is very nice and responsive, got all issues resolved immediately. our room was really clean and the furniture felt new too, nothing was stained or worn out, it was really pleasant to stay there.

if you dont have a car it might be pretty difficult moving around as the building is a bit outside of Kotor and although its only a 20min walk, the path is very uncomfortable for pedestrians. be prepared to walk on weird walkways or in houses’ backyards or get a taxi for about 4 euro to the city centre. as for the property itself, no complaints! the only thing i’d suggest is to add a full-body mirror somewhere in the room for convenience

My partner and I stayed in the studio apartment with sea view - worth paying the tiny extra for the sea view and the option of the balcony. It’s really special to open the curtains in the morning to gorgeous blue. The apartment itself was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen utensils should you choose to cook. The queen bed was massive and super comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of plugs and lighting for makeup. Special mention to Tatjana who went out of her way to help us book at taxi from Tivat (you will be quoted €40 for a €15 trip) and greeted us on arrival. She couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive. She showed us a short cut that led directly to the bay front - where there lots of restaurants and places to swim either side less than a 5 minute walk. There is no noise surrounding the property and access is simple and secure. There is a shop less than 2 mins for essentials. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return 100%.

More of a note - it didn’t bother us as we are a young ‘fit’ couple - it is placed on a steepish hill, as is the walk back up from the bay; though you should know this before booking anywhere in Montenegro which is a plethora of hills!

Really nice room very modern great WiFi, has a TV air conditioned and a friendly host. Outside is a bit noisy but nice and quiet in the room. Very comfortable bed and rain shower. Also the view from the balcony is nice and restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Location was a little further out than they mentioned definitely put it in Google to see how far. Very uphill so a bit hard to walk around to the center even if you're fairly in shape. She did recommend a taxi however and it was very affordable. Lastly please make check out at 11. For those on a Time difference 10am is very early.

Amazing and charming host, provided us with helpful information and let us check in earlier. The apartment is very neat, cosy, new and contemporary. The location is amazing, only 20 mins walking distance to the old town of Kotor. Parking spots are available right in front as well as a small garage. Hence you can leave the car there and visit the beach and old town. Provides beautiful views of the Kotor Bay. Highly recommend!

Nice apartment block, very clean and tidy, great value for money. Host was informative and very helpful. A great base for exploring Kotor and the surrounding area. Easy, secure parking

The shower is quite small and wets the bathroom, easily fixed with a towel down. A bit of a walk from the old town but the host showed us a short cut down to the bay which was a lovely walk down to the old town

This is the cleanest place I have EVER stayed (for context, I’ve travelled to 60+ countries). the rooms are done beautifully and they have provided really great amenities like washing up liquid - the little things that you forget to buy. the hosts are absolutely lovely and so welcoming, some of the best I’ve ever had. They’re happy to help with any request and provide information. It’s a great location, easy to get to the beach and the old town. Just really really fantastic!!

Modern, clean, comfortable and a good location. Not too far a walk to the old town or down to the sea and small beach area. Although the walk back is a bit steep but good exercise. We had a great stay in Kotor and would return to Casa Nuova should we visit Kotor again. Tatyana is a great help, always on hand to answer questions quickly and a big thank you to her for her help and advice.

No sharp knife in kitchen for prepping food.
