MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME#1 Makaliah is an awesome receptionist she executed her job professionally and responded to my questions patience with a courteous smile. Our Rooms were comfortable and we slept well. My Mom and I enjoyed the ambience of coming home once more at Raddison Hotel Trinidad. Breakfast #1 as always everything was on point! Pool maintenance is excellent CLEAN! STAFF WELL ATTIRED AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THE PLACE CLEAN A BREATH OF FRESH AIR A MIXTURE OF FLORAL SCENTS AS I WALK THROUGH THE CORRIDORS AND IN THE BEDROOM. COME TO RADISSON HOTEL FOR A MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE😁

I have no dislikes.

Perfect location for working in POS. Great proximity to Water taxi service. Secured car parking facility. For South residents, it could save 2.5 hours drive time on mornings. The most reasonably priced hotel in POS.

Cleaners could improve their professionalism. Bathroom mats must be replaced. Hairdryer should be included in the room. Carpets require a deep cleaning. The 21% tax is too high. Wait time to receive refund on security deposit too long.

The Bathroom and the room itself was updated and well maintained. the lobby was welcoming and warm, and the staff was generally pleasant and accommodating. the cheeseburger was amazing, and location is prime!

The smart TV did not have any ability to use internet options, such as netflix, or browsing or screen share. The AirCondition was set to 22 deg and was not allowed to be changed. This was not comfortable for my family and I. The room service menu was not readily available in the room. I had to call and was given information over the phone. There was one bar tender (Anna) who was abrasive and confrontational. She was the only example of poor customer service in the entire hotel while on my week stay. The clearing of used room service items left in the corridor by all rooms should have been done more promptly it was left there overnight and for many many hours resulting in the stale food odor eminating in the corridor.

The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and willing to help with all your needs,the rooms are large and nice views of the waterfront and POS.The breakfast shed for food and drinks are very close,and you are situated in the heart of POS,where public transportation in right in front of the hotel..The door men will always greet you going and coming and willing to help with your luggage..

You have to pay for local phone calls,heat up your food in a microwave,that's a first for me in my 55 plus years of traveling..The toilet has to be flushed 2/3 times,we did complain,they sent someone with a plunger in hand but he never used it although i told him that's all it needed,he refused...we still had the problem for our entire stay (7 nights).The pool is in a bad state and needs repairing and painting..Drinks and food is 2./4 times more what you will pay out of the hotel,but that's normal due to the overhead cost and not running at a decent capacity...

The amenities were great, and the staff was very pleasant.

Reservations was made with spouse card, all information was submitted prior to arrival: 1 Letter of Authorisatiom 2 Copy of her Credit Card 3 Copy Of her ID This was clearly stated,that my incidentals shoud be charged to that card However, at chek in I was asked for a credit card to be placed on file.this shows a lack of communication between reservation and front Office. If time was spent to put all that in place NO GUEST wants to be checking in and have to explain that all such info was sent to reservation. ( FIRST IMPRESSSIOIN)

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in guiding us through out the facility and also to find our way around the area. The food at the restaurant was also very delicious.

My partner suggested that a balcony at the rooms would be nice, however there is not much you can do about this.. other than that we had a great time.. we will definitely be back another time.

Clean rooms nice quiet ambience although it's in pos hub

It was my wedding anniversary and made reservations for the 360 restaurant however on Sunday night I was told it is closed......however the restaurant supervisor I believe a short light skin curly hair girl..she offered a complimentary bottle of preseco and tried her best to make our night good so it turned out great would definitely visit again

The first impression was the staff and concierge, they were so pleasant and kind. I adore them. I had a beautiful room overlooking the amazing scenery from my window. Front desk Kerisa was awesome.

I didn't like that I did not have access to a microwave, therefore I wasted much food, but otherwise all was fine. This is not meant to be a negative, but the pool area was too hot for relaxing outside.

The breakfast was delicious but way too expensive, the pool was nice. It would have been nice if the swim up bar was available. The beds were extremely hard, most of my coworkers did not sleep well. The staff was EXCEPTIONALLY FRIENDLY! I would definitely go back just for the staff.
