Spacious, quiet room with quality furniture. Good bedding, functional bathroom. Friendly staff, overall OK breakfast. Great Design overall, hotel is apparently 10 years old but everything looks like new.

No infection protection/ moskito screens for windows/ dior (like, e.g., at Hotel Sempachersee), and no fan: in rooms without AC, and hot days does not allow leaving window open at night, and cool with a fan - in an area near the lake with lots of insects

Everything was good as expected in regards to check in, the room, ... The room was well-decorated, having a very nice balcony. The staff made whatever they could to help us having a great stay. The breakfast was very basic, but with great fresh Swiss ingredients.

For me, the only negative point was the bedding; both the pillow and the mattress were not comfortable, and I could not have a good sleep.

The room was as desired; clean, efficient, attractive, comfortable, and located centrally to the excursions planned daily. The staff was very welcoming, and more than happy to assist when needed, especially as I was traveling with my wheelchair equipped son. Which, also to mention that the entire facility was accessible as well, a solid bonus!

the price, compared to the other hotels we stayed in that weekend the fact we couldn't charge there, while I searched hotels with charging in the booking app. last minute we got a mail that only tesla's could charge

The hotel is next to the train station of Sempach. Really practical. Only 15’ away of Luzern center by car/ train. Well decorated and the staff is kind. It is simple and it works! Good ration value/price.

immediately adjacent to a busy train station so very noisy at night as the only way to cool the room is to open the balcony door. I’m so tired of these new European hotels not building in air conditioning to keep travelers comfortable and WELL RESTED! Figure it out Europe! October is warm now. There was absolutely no temperature control in this room. very disappointed

location was unbeatable. right opposite the station, 10min into old town by metro.

not particularly a property issue but there aren’t a lot of restaurants in the are and transport is expensive so something to keep in mind if you’re going to the old town multiple times a day without a swiss pass.

Modern hotel with character. Rooms are state-of-the-art and very clean. Staff is very welcoming and charming. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of options. In the lounge, there is a comfy bar.

Not much to do in the immediate neighborhood, though the communes of Sempach and Sursee, and the wonderful city of Luzern are not far away with car or public transportation (hotel is near a train and bus stop).

Missing airconditioning, as the room was very hot in early June. Also no Minibar. Would have been very good in the heat.

Bathroom door is clear partway down and doesn’t close so that you have much privacy.
