We were a family of six whose needs were well-accommodated by the hotel staff. We were able to check in early after a long, exhausting travel from California. Breakfast was good. There was no AC, but there was a fan provided in each room. The staff is very nice. The location is ideal for sightseeing around Lucerne.

We were a bit disappointed that the onsite restaurant was not open, as we had read good reviews about the restaurant and wanted to dine onsite.

Swiss hotel managed perfectly . Great breakfast not only according to taste but also top service . Staff super nice especially one young clever man working on reception helping with all including breakfasts very pro client focused . He will be a great manager one day if He had this hotel under his responsibility It would work great also in the future as It is doing now . Also He helped me and found keys from my car and saved me 👍 free parking also great thing . That man is extremly polite very unique personality You do not meet every day .

The staff make Hotel Kreuz one of the loveliest stays you can have. They are very friendly and extremely helpful.

The surcharge for the pet should be clearer. I do not mind at all that I had to pay extra for the dog as it makes sense (it is more cleaning, potential mess etc.) but the price should just be clear before. No one will have a problem with paying it, it is just nice to know beforehand what to expect.

Malters is well located a few KM from Luzern. Super easy to access via Train or Car. The hotel is well maintained , nice personel , great breakfast and Diner. Malters has multiple options for Diner so highly recommend it if you need to stay close to Luzern , Pilatus.

Bathroom ( Toilet and shower ) was small but functional. Sink in the bedroom. But it works fine for us.

In short - everything! The hotel is family run (now the fourth generation) and I was made very welcome and helped as much as possible. I was lent a Swiss electrical adapter at no cost. Could not sample the hotel restaurant as it was closed on a Monday night but there are good options within a few minutes walk. Would definitely use this hotel again!

Very clean, very friendly, I had a short but great stay. I was on a last minute trip to Luzern, and enjoyed the night at Hotel Kreuz. Don't expect modern equipment, but expect a comfortable bed, a clean place in a good location, and very friendly staff. I can fully recommend this place.

There's no downside in this hotel, great quality for the price!

Facilities were very good, clean, easy access to train station, friendly staff always smiling and willing to help. When I travel back to Luzern, this place would be the preferred location to stay again. It's a small,.peoceful village...

Maybe a net to cover the window. In summer it has to be kept open for fresh air as there is no AC. A net on the window would mean it can be kept open through the night without worry of insects coming in

Arriving late in the evening, after a long day of traveling (with two young kids) there was a super quick check-in without any unnecessary hassle. Within the hour we were enjoying a delicious dinner. The hotel is characteristic and clean. The restaurant is cozy and romantic, the wines are good and the food is perfectly cooked and seasoned. Even if it was late, our kids enjoyed their evening as well with colouring, available toys and the playroom. Every staffmember is welcoming and friendly; the perfect balance between not too little, not too much. We slept really good in soft and warm beds. Although we only stayed for one night, we would be happy to stay longer and definitely come back someday.

The staff was very kind. Rooms great, a little old/sparsely furnished but okay, and a good European breakfast buffet. Had a good sleep and stay.

We stayed in the villa next to the hotel (where they had the family rooms) which were not very sound proofed. You could hear almost anyone walking around in the building. They did provide ear buds though to help you fall asleep,

Breakfast is very nice and had several choices. Many kinds of bread and cheese especially. We also had dinner at their restaurant. They have very nice traditional foods and great desserts. We will definitely come back in the future.
