We took the train or bus into Luzern, which worked very well. Free local bus/train pass is provided to hotel guests. Location is pleasant in countryside. Except for electrical outlets, the room is modern. Breakfast was excellent with much choice. Management kindly offered to drive us to the train station on departure day.

Room had little storage space, we recommended installation of some hooks to hang up night clothes. There is only one electrical outlet in the bedroom. With travellers using cellphones and tablets more and more, this is a disadvantage.

We were a family of 7 (all adults), stayed for 2 nights to wander around Luzern. It was really convenient for us. About 6-7 mins nice walk to the Littau train/bus station, then 5-10 mins train/bus to Luzern main station. About the room (both twin/single), it's really so spacious (we didn't expected that big), so it was amazingly convenient for us to pack/unpack the items. Rooms were very clean, shower was so good. Staff were friendly, smiling and the breakfast was nice enough to start the morning. So we're glad about our stay.

Excellent quiet hotel in Littau about 6-7 minutes by frequent train or bus (one change) from Lucerne main station, cost of travel covered by city guest card pass. Full breakfast included. Clean and comfortable, helpful staff.

Max, his family, and their employees were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. My wife and I had Covid and Max was very understanding and found a way for us to extend our stay and to isolate. Thank you! They also had wonderful food at the restaurant.

No air conditioning. It was not too bad, but with Covid, air conditioning would have been nice.

Plenty of parking in front of the hotel. A really nice helpful greeting upon arrival. But most of all an excellent meal in the restaurant. Again, really friendly staff. We have been into Luzern quite a few times so on this trip it was nice to relax outside a busy centre.

The staff were amazing. The room was a very nice size. I arrived when the kitchen was closing but they still offered to make me something. I was very grateful for that.

That it was a bit further from center of town than I thought. If I hadn’t have a large suitcase with me I’m sure the 8 minute walk to the train station wouldn’t have been bad but I opted for a taxi.

Close to Luzern, but not so expensive as in Luzern. Plenty of free parking space for cars. Good bathroom with overwhelming number of towels. Breakfast ok, good coffee. Free public transport to Luzern, and discount on some places. 10 min. walk to station, 8 min train drive to central station. Be there in time, railway barriers close some minutes before arrival, and then you can’t reach the station anymore!

Only 1 train/hour outside rush hours.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it had a lovely view. The location is great - it's in a quiet neighborhood and it's just a 5 minute walk to the train station and bus stop. They offer a decent breakfast as well.

The hotel was super clean and our room was ready when we arrived. We really appreciated that the direct train line to Old Town Lucerne and back was only a 5 minute way away! Also the breakfast that was included in our rate was very nice,

The hotel provides Luzern-Visitor card for the period of your stay. You can take the train (7 mins walk from the hotel) to the central station of Luzern for free. You could also use it to get some discount when taking the cable car up to the Rigi mountain.

The showergel/shampoo is empty, that should have been checked in advance to avoid inconvenience for the guests.
