Friendly staff, lovely furnitured with good sense of details. Great selection for breakfast

Pool has been advertised while booking, but not included in the relatively high room rates. We have been told, it comes with an additional fee of 90€ p.P. - honestly a big minus! I feel a bit tricked

Each and every staff member I talked to was exceptionally friendly, really they went out of their way to make the stay nice and pleasant. Big and relaxing sauna and wellness area, super breakfast both the room and the food and drink arrangements, very nice and spacious hotel rooms with garden views, coffee, tea and complementary mini bar.

Vista spa is overpriced, considering it costs more than Therme Erding which is the biggest Spa in Europe that has 200000 sqm... however the included part of the wellness area is enough to have a relaxed evening, so I wouldn't say it had a negative effect on my stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Toskana for one night and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is fantastic—convenient yet peaceful, making it a perfect spot for a quick getaway. The service was excellent, with staff being attentive and welcoming throughout my stay. A highlight was the Silvester dinner, which, while a bit pricey, was absolutely worth it. The menu was thoughtfully curated, and the ambiance was delightful, making it a memorable way to celebrate the evening.

The room itself was comfortable and clean, and equipped with a small cot bed for my 9 month old baby, but I did feel it could be improved with the addition of a mini bar or small fridge for convenience. This would have been especially helpful for storing drinks or small snacks.

Very helpful friendly staff. Good communication beforehand with very prompt responses to my queries. Excellent breakfast. We asked for kettles before we arrived and these were in our rooms though we had to provide our own tea etc. normally these are only in the deluxe rooms and not in the ‘comfort’ rooms so we were most grateful!

On arrival, the receptionist told us we had to go across the garden and through the bar to reach our rooms. This was very difficult pulling a case along and it was already dark. However the next morning we found there was a way of staying inside to walk round which would have been much easier! We didn’t see this receptionist again and everyone else gave us excellent information and advice. I think it would be helpful if Booking.com stated the room facilities (eg. Whether Kettles are provided) more clearly to cut down on the need for contacting the hotel.

Nice and classy hotel, super friendly staff in the restaurant. Good food, good breakfast.

A double room is apparently not for 2 people, so we had some discussion about that at arrival but they sorted it out. The cleaning staff knocked our room 5 times in 15 minutes because they wanted to start ASAP and they were not very friendly.

Even though the property is quite far away from anything interesting, the size and styling of the complex makes up for everything. The rooms are very private, well furnished and well equipped

The location is hard to reach, especially without a car. Also public transport is quite far and fairly expensive, especially for visiting the city. (Not the hotel‘s fault though). Since it is in an industrial compound next to a cement factory, the view is also a bit „special“, especially from the higher level rooms.

Efficient comfortable rooms

Staff refused to serve us the restaurant menu while we were watching a euro match on the bar/terrace despite the fact that we were the only two watching, we were ten meters from the restaurant. The only offered us snack food which we didn’t want. They were intransigent

The room was spacious, clean and had a private balcony.Very nice atmosphere, reminded me of a summer village, curated in every detail. The personnel is amazing, top customer experience. Thank you!

everything great. an observation for such a great Tuscanian experience: adding bed sheets below duvets and a couple more pillow would be top!

The hotel room was very spacious and the furnishings inside were modern. We really liked the bathroom. There was a cute balcony on our room an we were happy to get some fresh air. Staff was also friendly.

We requested parking to be available but the parking garage was under construction and we needed to find street parking. We also didn't like the fact that there was no air conditioning, but a fan was provided. We heard neighboring guests as well during the night (it was loud enough for me to use noise canceling headphones to sleep).

Size of room. Social areas. Food. Gardens were very well tended.

Price was high. Location is remote from Heidelberg and surrounding is very commercial. Sharing a balcony with next door room. Not being on a high floor. 20 Euro charge for booking in 1 hour early. 10 Euro charge for every hour
