I like the staff and the fact that they allowed me to check in early. This has given me positive feeling about the hotel as they have been very understanding. If i happen to go to Heidelberg, I will choose this hotel again.

Although everything is fine and a good value for money, I would like to see 2 improvements. Number one, although all furnitures are in high quality both in the room and bathroom, I saw that they were not cleaned properly. It was just like surface cleaning of everything so that you see dust in tiny corners like in sockets and widows, and spots on the tables and shower window. Moreover the pillows could have been bigger. They were so small even for me let alone my husband. Hey, these are not criticisms, just for the benefits of the hotel.

100/10 on all fronts. The rooms are aaaaamazing. You have everything you need. this is what I call a proper hotel. the room (even the one for 2 adults) was very spacious, had coffee pot, refrigerator, air conditioning, a bathtub. super duper comfy hotel. The breakfast was really good, you have everything you need for a good breakfast. This was probably THE best hotel in my entire 10 day trip believe it or not. The location is also super duper amazing. You can easily visit the Heidelberg castle which is only 10 minutes by car. The hotel has its own parking, you pay 8 eur per 24 hour. for us it was reasonable price. It is also easy to find good places to eat (we prefer asian dishes). Kaschmir - Tandoori 2(halal) is a great option if you are looking for Indian food at a reasonable price. address: ( Langer Anger 40, 69115 Heidelberg, Germany) The hotel staff was super helpful. When I booked the hotel even though I always search options for "2 adults and 1 child" (3 years old), the app ended up leading me to a room of 2 adults. I had a similar issue with my booking for a previous hotel so I called the Leonardo hotel in advance and they made a note for the receptionist. Therefore, we did not have any unpleasant experience. They also did not charge us extra. I highly appreciate such support. I had a horrible experience in another hotel for the same issue but the staff at Leonardo hotel was very welcoming, considerate and understanding. They understood that It wasn't intentionally done and they supported us. Thanks!

I liked everything. noting to complain about.

Everything was very clean, the bathroom had a lot of items (creams, shampoos, etc.) and towels. We were given a large suite: living room, bedroom, and bathroom. All looked like a one-bedroom apartment. We booked the room for two nights and then extended it for one more night. When we decided to extend our stay for one more night, the receptionist let us stay in the same room, even though the hotel was full the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were sweets for children, free fruits, and free coffee at the reception. The hotel is very large and nice: there are plenty of places to seat and gather for conversation; there is a bar and a restaurant. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Parking is large and free if you are lucky to find a place. Last night was difficult to find a free spot. The breakfast looked very good but it was not included in the room price.

Clean room and bathroom. Good working airco. Check-in / Check-out was smooth. Free bottle of sparkling water offered for free in the room next to coffee and tea. Outside parking spaces enough in the surrounding streets.

The outside view was a bit darky. No detailed info about the hotel services in the room itself. The free coffee at the reception was not very tasty. For some reason free coffees always need to have a bad taste. The outdoor parking of the hotel is just an external parking area and its big enough so unclear why it cannot be offered for free.

Checkin was a breeze and the room was good and clean, friendly and helpful staff and good options in breakfast. I had a really short 1 night stay and I liked how it went.

In my opinion, the location where the hotel is located was not good but this can be subjective if some one wants to spend their time far from the city center/downtown. To reach the center it required a 5-10mins drive which also meant there was not much to stroll around by your self at evening/night near the hotel which makes you miss the liveliness of Heidelberg. The room was good but even till late at night you could hear music or loud television which means the insulation was not good enough as it definitely makes the overall experience not that good. May be this was a problem with just my room.

Hotel located out of town and easy to find with good parking - a plus after doing a long journey. The gentleman on reception was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We paid for breakfast which was very nice and there was plenty of choice.

Our friends stayed in a room across the hall from us and the sound of the air conditioning units servicing that floor was very audible in their room. Additionally our friend left an expensive hat behind and we emailed the hotel to make arrangements to pay to have it sent to us but no reply.

Great location, nice breakfast buffet (although a bit steep for a family). Staff was fantastic! Loved the coffee nook!!! Very spacious rooms. And lots of storage space.

The a/c broke down and I kept asking for it to get fixed, I was “only” offered a new room, which seemed unnecessary since they were “working on it”. The problem was never solved, we were roasting for 3 nights. Parking not free Breakfast pricey, although you got a lot!!!

Nice, clean, quiet, room with minibar. Big, very nice bathroom with all a visitor could need. Excellent breakfast, very good quality, great variety. Helpful staff (e.g the malfunctioning minibar in our room was repaired quickly) 24-hour reception. Easy access form the highway. Convenient parking space, in the big parking in the hoterl courtyard, for a rather reasonable price (8€/day) We definetly recomend it.

Location: away (5km) from the city center (of course you know that when booking). There is a bus stop 6-8 minutes from the hotel but the area is a bit deserted; late in the evening a single person might feel uncomfortable to walk to/from the bus stop. The room we stayed in would be spacy as a double room, but the addition of the third bed occupied the most of the extra space. One could not order a cup of coffee in the hotel during the afternoon and free coffee sackets were not replaced; this was really inconvenient since no coffee shops / bar exist near by.

Very cosy and caring by design - it was a perfect place to rest during an intense trip. You find nice touches everywhere - free lemonade all day, free coffee in the morning provided at the reception, big outdoor seating in front of the hotel... And there is a petrol station just next to the hotel for all necessities.

Dining offer was a 25eur buffet, bit pricey for my taste. But Dominos pizza is nearby and they deliver to the hotel for free.

We had a réservation. When we arrived there are 15:00 they have told us that our room is not yet ready and that we have to go back after an hour. I understand that it can happen but they could have send us a message or call us to tot let us know. Or at least they could have apologised or offer us a coffee . Everything else was really nice
