The Hotel is in the perfect spot for a visit to The Curve Theatre. It is just a couple of minutes away! It is also fairly central for other places. I visited the Cathedral. And it is not too far from the train station. I was surprised to find no carpet in the room, but realised that it was an accessible one, so the lack of carpet made sense. I had a lovely evening meal there before the theatre. The fish was excellent.

I could have done with more tea, coffee and milk sachets. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with breakfast. There was no decaf coffee and I could not get any more decaf sachets for my room. The bacon was rather hard to cut. I would perhaps give this a miss the next time and have cereal and fruit! (But I can have those at home!!)

Great location - 5min walk from train station. Staff - outstanding Room- spacious, great size bathroom/wet room, plenty of decent towels and shower/hair gel and soap near sink is a must to use as larve up so much and smell so lush. . Comfortable bed with extra pillows and sofa and chair in room aswel. Great clothes rack and powerful hairdryer. Breakfast -Good value for money and the orange juice 👍 Nice size lift so used up to the 4th floor but made sure we walked down the amazing staircase to 0 floor. Plenty of free reading material as well 20 mins walk from Leicester Tigers Rugby ground.

The hotel is in a good location but it is a walk from the restaurants and so on. The staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are quite modern and there is a self-service coffee machine which makes freshly ground espressos and cappuccions etc. In winter the rooms are very warm. The pastries like pan au chocolate at breakfast were good.

In the area of the hotel there are a few undesirables walking around. There wasn't any museli at breakfast at all which was a problem. It is important to have a good muesli with nuts and fruit for breakfast. That was a big omission. Maybe some boxes of the Dorset Museli.

Free WiFi. Great central location. Amazing staff throughout, including check in/ bar staff and housekeeping. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Views are good, aircon and heating, hairdryer, tea/coffee, toiletries, TV, iron. Easy check in/ out, computer available, magazines and local leaflets. Have stayed here before and would certainly stay again

Not tried the breakfast as its expensive when you can walk in most directions for about 60 seconds and have a choice of cuisines at much more reasonable prices.

Nice hotel, we booked 2 double rooms for one night’s stay and they were both spacious enough to get ready in without tripping over each other which was exactly what we wanted! The beds were super comfortable, linen etc all spotless, shower was good with plenty of hot water and super clean. Actually everywhere we saw in the hotel was clean, tidy and up to date. Staff we met were all professional but friendly, efficient and helpful. I didn’t use the hotel wifi but it was available. The breakfast was good, they offer the usual spread of continental and cooked foods you would expect and it was all appealing. I asked at the time of booking if the rooms could be near each other and they acknowledged my request and said they would try to accommodated this depending on availability (which I totally understand) and when we checked in they had made sure they were next door to each other which was super helpful. NCP car park is just across the road a 1-2 minute walk which was perfect. Would plan to stay here again if we’re back in Leicester for an event again, thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Nothing I didn’t like actually, although to note I would make sure to bring my own shampoo etc next time as there was only basic handwash and shower/hair gel provided by the hotel. Certainly only a minor thing, and not really a negative!

Convenient central location. My room was a decent size and also fairly quiet. All staff I interacted with were polite however there could have been another staff member to assist during busy times.Complimentary tea and coffee. Overall I had a pleasant stay. Good value for money.

I wasn't informed that there was a gym on the premises, would have been good to know this. My room was dark, there were no overhead lights, the only lighting in the room was around the bed- poor design. No tv remote control in the room initially so had to call down for one.

Ramada Encore at Leicester is located in the heart of the city. That makes it an ideal choice for those who want to get a lot done during their business trip. Also, the proximity to restaurants offering diverse cuisine is a huge plus. From Italian to Turkish, Indian to Greek, Leicester city centre is a great place to satiate taste buds.

The food menu of the restaurant is below par. Also, the lack of vegetarian and vegan options is a huge disappointment considering the fact that the location attracts tourists from diverse backgrounds.

Above all the friendly, polite and welcoming staff - all of them! The central location close to NCP car park great plus overnight ticket discounted to £15 at hotel. Reception, bar and breakfast area clean and pleasant with seating well-spaced out - ideal for pals who like to chat! Breakfast buffet good. Waitresses kind, efficient and helpful. At £103 good value.

Very little. Took us a few minutes to work out how to up the heating control but woke up to a cosy temperature.

Rooms are good with comfortable beds. The toilets could have been a bit cleaner- but NOT dirty or below standard. Although breakfast was good and have most of the essentials choices, but compared to rivals it was more on the basic side. There is a NCP car park right at the back of the hotel which is convenient and prices are discounted when you are staying at the hotel. Do no forget to get the parking paid at the hotel reception. We had minimal interactions with the staffs, but they were friendly and eager to help.

Breakfast could do with few more options. It was basic compared to rivals.

Good size of room. Clean and well presented. Comfortable bed and settee. Lots of electrical sockets and lights. Easy to use air con. I was mistakenly charged for 2 breakfasts I travelled alone. The cost of the extra breakfast was refunded eventually. Unfortunately the computer did not show that I had paid fir breakfast when I went down to the restaurant the next morning. Profuse apologies given when I explained what had happened. There was a good choice of breakfast items

A bit too long to wait to check in. 2 staff on reception. One on the phone, the other sorting paperwork . No acknowledgement given. Charged for 2 breakfast when I was travelling alone. Quite a palaver to get a refund on one to find that the computer did not recognise I had paid for breakfast the following morning. The situation was handled very well by the staff on duty that morning
