The water in the kitchen sink was filtered, which was super nice as we arrived very late and didn’t have time nor energy to go out and buy water. The amenities were all very nice and the bathroom was quite spacious.

The mirror was placed directly next to the bed which wasn’t easy to check your outfit as there wasn’t much space between the bed and the mirror. The bedsheets felt a bit cheap and synthetic. It also made my hair everyday very frizzy. The building itself looked super nice, but it felt a bit „empty“ would’ve wished for a more lively building and area.

It's a really nice place. I enjoyed my stay. Walkable to villa Mariana.

I stayed for 2 full weeks and ask if by any chance I can have a little bit later checkout than 11am. Instead of making it possible (which would be no big deal as it is not fully booked anyway), I was told this is not company policy and I am asked to leave at 11am. Since my flight is leaving in the evening this is very unideal. I can't walk around with my stuff in a dangerous city like Sao Paulo. I would believe for someone who stayed 2 weeks 3 more hours would not harm.

It was pretty clean and cute in a very nice neighborhood. Even though it did not have designated parking space, we could easily find one nearby and parked on the street.

The only thing was that the shampoos and soaps are only refilled every 3 days. I have to say that the staff gave us what we needed regardless. And parking space. Another thing was an alarm that went off at around 6 in the morning and took staff a considerable amount of time to attend to it.

The room is a bit small, was ok for me as I was a solo traveller but perhaps a bit small for couples Good to have a fiteness centre but seriously it could be much better. They have the space to add a few more essential exercise facilities such as pull up bars, squat rack and more heavier weights

The apartment was really small but well prepared. I got really surprised when I came back to my room on the second day and it was fully clean and organized! The room cleaning service is definitely a plus. The experience with self checkin is the best I’ve ever had. The water filter in the sink is a great feature. Overall, the decoration and structure are amazing. I’ve used the laundry service at the building and it worked just fine, but there was only one machine and also the app was quite bugged, by I got through it and this was also a great convenience.

The apartment is really small, so I wouldn’t consider it for a long stay if I was hoping to stay working from home. I missed bowls in the kitchen too.

The place is perfect for what I need. Location is nice and walkable to restaurants, the building is pretty new. The bed is comfortable.

The bed sheets. Why not have normal duvet covers? You basically have a blanket with a sheet below and on top. But when you move at night you certainly will wake up with the blanket without sheets on your Body. In times of corona this is a bit weird and unhygenic

There was no one at the reception. We had to wait for more than 2 hours before they let us into our room. We got lucky someone even let us in because no one was at the reception until at least 9:30 in the morning.

The location is great, close to the metro station and to the paulista. The building has a sauna.

The room was very small for two people. And there is a construction site right in front of the building so there is a lot of noise during the week, starting very early in the morning (6h30).

Modern Studio apartment equipped with fully functional kitchen, air conditioning, common facilities like fitness room, vending machine etc. Face recognition secured entrance was a plus. Very close to supermarket and not far from city center.

Room does not get completely dark due to led light of microwave, aircon and refrigerator. This bothered me slightly. Also bed is not full size double bed.

Nice and safe part of the city, cook system without keys and face recognition. Great balcony and service. I needed to request to stay in the same room (when I was booking - it wasn’t available) and they assisted me very fast. There is everything in the suite (even steamer), but I couldnt find safe

The smell in the room, just not my aroma.
