Beautiful home with secure parking. Very spacious bedroom and ensuite. Excellent storage, tea/coffee making facilities with snacks. Fresh water. Fab breakfast and very friendly hosts and of course Ted the dog.

Instructions on how to use the shower. It only stayed on for 3 seconds as hot and went very cold. There might've been instructions in the booklet but did not have time to read. On the shower wall would've been better.

Ferney House was excellently planned, furnished and arranged to give guests a perfect stay. The rooms are beautifully furnished, each with its own en suite. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. There was tea and coffee making facilities which was very welcomed. Everything was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was top rate. The owners were so friendly and accommodating. We were attending a party in a local hotel and could not get a room there but we were so glad the hotel was fully booked as we got to stay in this gem of a B&B. We would definitely return here and recommend it.

The house is in a lovely location, quiet, but nearby towns are easily accessible and a good base to tour around Co Fermanagh. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view and spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay, The breakfast was superb with lots of choices of hot or cold or both! The hosts Jody and Carmel were wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning,

Everything was top quality hosts were very friendly and spent time talking and gave great recommendation to local restaurant Molly’s the accommodation was spotlessly clean, bed and shower were fantastic spacious room with tea coffee etc an excellent breakfast was provided lovely fry and plenty of other choices available one of the best bnb’s stayed in would highly recommend

Internet was patchy but that wasn’t a bad thing as phone free time was relaxing

Fantastic, even had secure parking for my horse box, accommodated earlier morning breakfast for us & helped put the box back on. Such a lovely well run place with excellent rooms & breakfast We slept like logs in the comfortable bed! I will now be a regular guest when I compete my horse in the necarne

This is a truly exceptional establishment in terms of the quality of the room, bedding, furnishings and en-suite bathroom, as well as the attention paid to proper cleaning. It is set in a beautiful house in a very peaceful, rural location with secure, gated parking. The hosts, Jodi and Carmel, clearly enjoy engaging with customers in a friendly, interested and interesting way, without demanding more of your time than you want to give. Breakfast was outstanding. What made the difference was the high quality of the ingredients. I will be recommending Ferney House to my friends and family.

Ferney House is so clearly head and shoulders above the run-of-the-mill B&B that all it needs to do to stay ahead is to carry on doing what it already does so well.

We had a short stay in Ferney house, attending a wedding not too far away. Carmel and Jody were so welcoming and the BnB itself was stunning. You can tell alot of work has been put into it. The rooms are modern and clean and we had the best sleep in the bed, so comfortable! Breakfast was great, and we didn't have to arrange a time, we were told to come down whenever we wanted and Jody would make it. Everything was 10/10 I wish we could have stayed longer. Ted was also a great host 😄

Breakfast was lovely and fresh. They had lovely fruit bowl yoghurts etc. Perfect. They were lovely and friendly couple.

Only complaint. We didnt see any sinage for their beautiful house.

We were asked what we wanted for breakfast and it was provided. Food was cooked beautifully. Our hosts were friendly and polite, they always had time to chat and help with our questions on how to get to certain places of interest. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable with little extra touches like the chocolate chip cookies left along with a good supply of tea, coffee etc. If I was going to Irvinestown again, I would definitely book to stay here on my return.

The only complaint was that mobile phones dont get signal. We had an emergency back home which was not known about until next day when I went out to check on messages. This does not change my views on the house or the service we received though, as the quality of both went beyond perfection.

This was a great spot for us on our travels, we were on motorcycles and it has plenty of secure parking. Hosts were lovely and did everything they could to help. Breakfast was really eggcellent. It is a longish walk to town but this suited us as we wanted to stretch the legs get some food and a pint of Guinness. Enjoyed a quiet seat on the grass watching the sun set - it's very quiet.

It was all good.
