Any issues were dealt with professionally. We were in room 103. When we arrived, there were no clothes hangers in the wardrobe, the iron had been removed from the room, and one reading light did not work at all, and the other light could not be repositioned. The room was warm, and when we opened the window, there was a continuous drone from the boilers. There was heavy rain, and the gutters were overflowing with the water falling onto a metal surface. Even with the window shut, this could be heard and made sleeping difficult. We contacted reception, and staff checked the situation. We were moved to an upgraded room. Staff were very understanding and did not make us feel awkward about bringing the issue to their attention. We ate in the cellar bar in the evening and the food was excellent along with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere we enjoyed our meal. Breakfast was excellent. A very good selection of food with a well-thought organisational approach.

The room was beautiful and was a nice upgrade. No robes available for us in the room as apparently only some rooms had any. Reception said they would have a look for us and someone would bring them up to our room but no one came and there was no further communication about them which was disappointing. We found a few of the staff to lack customer service, a bit abrupt or totally ignorant to basic service. Drinks were very expensive, food was reasonable and good portions although menu was limited. Swim hats a must in the main pool but not required for children's pool, Jacuzzis or steam/sauna, very odd.

Staff attitudes and drinks prices & NO ROBES

The leisure facilities were brilliant and spotlessly clean. We were very impressed with the room, it was spacious and practical. The TV over the bath was a nice treat. The hotel was very quiet which suited us. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and good service.

The room was lovey apart from a dirty bin left from the previous guest. There were hairs obvious in the bath tub (uncleaned). The pillows in the room are very soft with no additional pillows in the room. We had food in the Cellar Bar unfortunately we were waiting nearly an hour for a burger and a pizza. We enjoyed our overall stay, hopefully when we return we won’t experience the same again.

Stunning hotel. The room was fab and so spacious, bed so comfy and no noise at night time. Hotel is gorgeous, love the cosy reading rooms with the roaring fire on. Breakfast fab. Food and drinks excellent. Probably the nicest Guinness I’ve ever had, and the Long Island Iced Tea in the cocktail bar is gorgeous. Staff all so kind and helpful, even when they’re run off their feet. Enjoyed the leisure centre too. Well worth it for a treat. Would highly recommend.

It’s a beautiful building with gorgeous views of Loch Erne. There’s plenty of space to relax in and the facilities offer plenty to enjoy. The spa, pool, golfing and sailing are just a few activities to consider. We dined in the Beleek restaurant and enjoyed one of the nicest meals we have had anywhere. The food was of an exceptional standard at incredibly reasonable prices. Top marks to the chef and the staff who were very attentive, well informed about the menu and friendly. We enjoyed a great night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed and our room was worth the extra cost apart from the noise issue from the jacuzzi area.

Our room,which was a junior suite, was above the outdoor jacuzzi and the noise of the people using it spoiled an otherwise pleasant experience. It didn’t help that some of the guests were very loud and swore constantly which wasn’t nice to hear, it might not be an issue for everyone but we booked the room as a bit of a treat to finish off our holiday and we just wanted to relax in peace and the noise was intrusive even when the window was closed. We didn’t complain about it at the property as we were only staying for one night and it was quiet in the evening after the facility closed. The staff were so nice that it felt awkward to complain when there probably isn’t much they can do about people swearing and talking loudly. We just won’t book that room again.

From check-in to departure, we had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Our room was excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and not too far to walk to the bars and restaurants. Felt like it had been recently refurbished. The bathroom had its own tv/radio separate from the main TV in the bedroom, nice touch. Robes and slippers also provided. The barman in the cocktail bar was very attentive. Nothing seemed too much bother and brought our drinks to the terrace. Excellent service. Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of food available and staff were polite and professional.

We ate in the bar in the evening, which appeared to be busy. The service seemed to be quite slow as we had to wait, which seemed quite a long time to get our food. It was very tasty, though.

The only downside to our stay was the Cellar Bar. It was a little 'grubby' and it was unfortunate that the evening dinner was only available in the Cellar Bar. It was 'bistro' style, but quite honestly, I've had better downmarket cafe food. The chicken was overcooked and dry and the fish and chips was very greasy and not at all good. This will not stop us staying there again but we will book to suit a time when the 'a la carte' menu is available.

All staff in the hotel were so friendly. Excellent service by all. Special shout out to reception. They managed to change our rooms as my mum couldn't manage the stairs. They were so accommodating and even upgraded our rooms. Thankyou. Room and views were stunning. This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back. Would highly recommend.

The accessable room was on the first floor and there was no lift. This was the only fault but reception accommodated us with a more suitable room. This would not stop me from coming back. Our stay was exceptional!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with plenty of light. I had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were very polite and approachable. The breakfast the following morning was excellently presented and the morning staff were polite and friendly.

I did not find anything negative to say about the hotel, I enjoyed my stay with no major problems. The telephone in the room did not connect to the reception, however a member of staff went immediately to my room to help me to change my booking time for the restaurant.

The food in the restaurant was exceptional along with the service from Gérard. He was run of his feet, but he remained calm, professional, and always smiling. The decor and cleanliness was to a very high standard inside the building. The cocktails were also great in the cocktail bar, a little atmosphere/ music wouldn't have gone a miss mind you

The initial greeting was cold and we felt like we were an inconvenience to the reception staff as they were standing chatting and we felt like we were interrupting them. We had never been before and we would have liked a bit more guidance. We went for lunch then back to reception to check in, on this occasion the girl was very friendly and helpful. The biggest downside of the stay for us was the beds. They are rock hard like sleeping on a plank of wood, the pillows are also extremely firm. My neck was broke and I hardly slept a wink!
