After reading a lot of reviews some good some bad, I would disagree with the bad ones. I had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, the AC worked very well. The office staff was very polite and helpful. The TV didnt work the first night, but we checked in really late so it was no big deal. The next morning the lady (Lisa) at the office came and fixed it ( couldn't get it back on the cable input) Very quite. Some complained about the room smelling of weed or smoke, I had a smoking room (hard to find these days) my wife doesn't smoke and didn't notice any smell at all. Great price compared to the Holiday Inn across the highway ( almost double the price) which I have stayed at before. I will def stay again.

The parking lot is kinda small, I drive a long bed dually so it was a little bit of a challenge.

Tony greeted me with a sense of couth and professionalism. 28 years I believe he said he has been with the company. Impressive. The property is small and quiet. It’s well maintained and well managed.

Some signage would ease the only real issue, which is accessibility. Located off a one way service road and adjacent to an overpass, it’s difficult to know how to get to the parking lot.

Location, and the improvements from the last time, about 2 or 3yrs ago. Walking distance to the lake

Breakfast hours , maybe extend or change 6 to 930 or 10 . The difficulty to get to property. Especially if coming to check in at night, need to make access through the apartment adjacent .

I liked the breakfast, which was really nice how waffles were served and coffee too, the waffles were one of the greatest I have ever had.

I didn't really have much issues with the stay, but I would say in one of the beds we got there was a hole in the blanket about 1.5 inches in diameter but other than that everything was fine.

Staff was great! Room was tidy.

Not a great area. 2am fighting in the parking lot so loud it woke me. The door to my room did not close properly. Huge gaps all the way around. Bed was pretty comfy, BUT squeeked really loud with any movement at all.

It was a decent place. Staff pleasant.

I got sick due to my cancer and had to leave a day earlier than planned. They still charged me for the night we couldn't stay.

The restroom was not sweeped very good and one of the beds was a bit squeaky. But other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Barbara was super nice trying to find a room for me. I needed a walk-in shower, and she called and we discussed my issue. The next morning I met some more of the staff.. friendliest group I have ever had!

I was happy with every single thing!
