We have stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we are happy we have chosen it. You can have breakfast in the hotel restaurant or at the bar counter (a typical italian one, like muffin and coffee). The location is good, but you need a grab (it's really cheap) to reach the centre and I would recommend to call it at night. During the day the location is strategic to visit Jim Thompson House, it's like 5 minutes by foot distance. Next to the hotel there's also a MBK Center, a mall with also restaurants inside. The room is big, with a modern shower and all the comforts. It's a little bit warm if you switch off the air conditioning but you will get used to quickly. The swimming pool is wonderful, dont' forget to go and refresh :) The staff is super kind and nice, they satisfied any type of request.

Everything was perfect, maybe the warm of the room was a little bit annoying but by turning on the air conditioning the problem is solved. It's a common issue in Bangkok :) The fact that the staff does not speak English very well can be solved as well.

The location is near MBK and Lotus & Siam. Only walking distance. I reserved the deluxe room and got a free upgrade from the Management after 4 days which made our stay more comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful ( front desk and the room service ). No Complaint from any of the staff. Swimming pool not too big but it was nice.I really enjoyed the stay in the upgraded king deluxe. Thank you Kristie for your kindness and to all your team. Will definitely come back.

We liked the location. The hotel is near to the train station and supermarket and it's hard to go around. The hotel staff are polite and kind. The room is always made up and cleaned up. We also liked the free drink at the lobby. Surely, will come back to this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Happy 3 and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the attentive service. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I could possibly need. The location of the hotel was perfect, within easy walking distance from MBK, Siam Paragon and other shopping centres. Bars etc. about 10-15min on a Tuk tuk to get anywhere around Bangkok. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, my stay at Happy 3 was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable stay.

Pool was a little cold that's all.

It wasn’t too far from the main road. Nearest BTS station was National Stadium. I loved the bed cz it was so comfy! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There was a musty smell whenever we entered room but it didn’t last.

Room and beds were big; Toilet curtains need to be improved on (does not close easily); Location is good, very near National Stadium BTS; Bad bad experience with breakfast, paid and waited one hour and the portion/quality was below average; Seems to be understaffed as saw some of them doing multiple roles eg counter and cafe duty.

The breakfast can be improved on as well as the serving. Paid and waited for 1 hour and literally it was not even crowded. This affected the start time of my plans for the day.

Very good location, very good connection to public transport. The stuff was very nice. Comfortable and clean room. Good price.

No microwave.

We had a pleasant stay at Happy 3. Our room was very clean and spacious for the 3 of us, airconditioning was functioning really well, our room had a mini kitchen which was a plus and the hotel had complete toiletries. The hotel is around 10minutes walk away from the nearest BTS, there is a massage place nearby and 7/11 as well. The staff were also helpful especially the hotel manager who assisted us with our last minute dinner cruise reservations.

The location of the hotel is not by the main road so you have to walk for around 5 minutes although there are tuktuks lined up by the main road if you don't mind spending a little.

Hotel had very nice location close to the public transportation. Thanks to the location we used the boat transport and discovered the life around the canal which we would not otherwise find. There were also great food stands where we went for breakfast to enjoy the authenticity of the city. The hotel as such was very nice with very nice staff. Hotel had also nice swimmimg pool. Modern bathroom and the room were nicely designed and equipped. There was surprisingly nice selection of italian wines offered.

The only minus that I would be the views to the buildings. And the organization of beds. You had to climb over your partner. But really nothing to really worry about.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it felt like home. Lobby is clean and there are complimentary refreshments beverage which is like a five-star hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is less than 5mins walk to the nearest train station. Although it is located in a small alley, but it really shielded from the noises from the main road. The place is surprisingly quiet in the heart of Bangkok. Amenities are completed with swimming pool, sun tanning balcony, and with a small balcony with rocking chairs. The breakfast although is not buffet style but the portion is good enough for us and it is reasonably priced. The room is very clean and bright.

The view is lacking, and this is because the next building is under renovation and all we see is the sound barrier sheet. However, this is not a big deal.
