If you want to take a break from the city noise, then definitely choose this hotel. The hotel is located on one of the high hills of the city. It is surrounded by greenery and a view of the sea. Everything is very neat and clean. I have not seen such a variety of breakfasts in any hotel I have stayed at. The hotel staff is very caring and smiling. They literally want to solve all your problems. On the way from the airport to the hotel there was no cash to pay for a taxi, and there was no way to pay by card. The employee at the hotel reception paid for our taxi from the hotel account, and they did not take this money back. In addition, they showed special care for the cats and newborn puppies near the hotel. I am very glad that we chose this hotel. If you love nature and tranquility, pleasant communication and a wide variety of food, I recommend this hotel. From 8 pm to midnight on the terrace you can drink tea, fruit juice, Turkish coffee and smoke a hookah for free.

Even though it's a new hotel, everything was settled and organized. The staff was really helpful and the room was clean. We had the chance to get some help with our any kind of need. I appreciate it a lot. Highly recommended👍🏽

We came to Trabzon as a crowded group and we were really satisfied being able to find a accommodation for all of us. The rooms are large enough for 6-7 people. We were a lot of friends who wanted to relax and enjoy the city, we were happy to find a place just for that! We booked almost 10 rooms and no one had a problem which is so impressive for us, we appreciate that. The hotel is new and well designed, also it has a good open buffet breakfast with a variety of food. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend👍🏽

I most liked its Location - although its little far from the center, Also liked the breakfast and the breakfast lounge. And we liked the staff, and the views of the surroundings.

I think Sea view should be advertised as partial sea view, not full view. Some problems with toilet and shower need to be fixed. Some reception staff might need little more training.

Location and staff is perfect Homemade generous breakfast served at the terrace of a very good view for the Black Sea and the city . U need to request for cleaning service , no near supermarket get water and snacks with you if you have kids , hairdryer and toiletries was available. They provided us with extra towels upon request will come back inshallah

1. Sound insulation between the rooms was not very good. 2. Cleaning of rooms ends at approximately 1pm. 3. The top rooms have less size and different shape because of the roof. 4. No lunch or dinner in the restaurant.
