I liked the facility, but the surrounding area was very rundown. You could not walk to a local eating place and feel safe.

There was graffiti next door to the hotel and very dirty.

The breakfast. Was excellent and lady who's been there for years. I didn't know when it works Monday through Friday. She always on top of it when the food comes out. The people this weekend didn't do that. It was running out of food. It was so many people in there. They're lines

We had on Brand new white socks and I have an awake across the carpet.A couple of times and my socks became black.So I think they need a better job of cleaning.That carpet once in a while so they won't be so filthy, And on Saturday the housekeeping lady get a very rush job. She did not clean out the living area. Where none of the counters are without a table over there.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful! I arrived very early and they bent over backwards to find a room that was ready so I could check in early. The neighborhood wasn't the best but I LOVE LOVE the restaurants in the area! So much good food within walking distance. I went to Yum Yum doughnuts every day during my stay! Kabob Shack around the corner is delicious and the egg rolls at the nearby bahn mi place were really good. The hotel, while not very fancy was very clean and a good value. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay! Breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of choices the select. During our stay, my mom noticed the fridge was not working properly. It was important we had a good fridge so we can store her medicine. She called the front and they took care of it right away! There was no long wait or attitude from the gentleman. He was the kindest and very professional. The location was only 20 mins from main attractions and there were a great selection of restaurants surrounding the hotel. The kids had a blast at the pool, which was kept clean at all times. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

I would just add instructions for the curtains. We had to ask another wonderful staff t show us and maybe more fruit selections for breakfast.

My mother and I had a great time... Check in was easy and very present. Our check in clerk made our welcoming very pleasant for my mom and I and also my sister and brother in law when they checked in later. We had planned a weekend game at Petco Park our easy walk to the trolley was amazing being that the San Diego Trolley was only a block away from the hotel. I wish I could remember the clerks name not to sure if it was Tiffany. We will defiantly recommend to family and friends.

The location was great and the staff were super friendly and welcoming (specially Ramona). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of variety to choose from. The hotel was near some restaurants and grocery stores and near the expressway as well. I liked how they have a list of al the main channels cause most hotels don’t have that, easier if you are looking for something in particular. It was a great stay !

The pool and jacuzzi were a bit dirty but maybe it was the wind, it was not a big deal though

This was my second stay in the last 2 months and both times I have been so impressed with how great the customer service is. I’m not sure I mentioned it in my last review, but the beds and bedding are so incredibly comfortable as well. I wish I had checked to see what brand the pillows are. I would definitely stay here again if I am in town.

We loved the location, cleanliness, service, and value. Breakfast was great. Kids loved it.

The bedroom was nice and cozy except for the pullout bed. The mattress wasn't very comfy. I wish there was more lighting in the main bedroom on the ceiling. The hot tub was nice. Since the weather was cloudy, the regular swimming pool wasn't heated at all as described.

At first glance, one might overlook this location, but it was definately a great value, friendly and helpful staff and nice breakfast selection.

Only thing I did not like was that there was only one elevator that broke down one day. Glad I wasn't on it!!😁 but it was fixed very quickly.
