Rooms were a good size. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is in a central location in the downtown area with many restaurants and things to do near. A great added convenience Is that it's connected to the skywalk which goes to many locations including the Van Andel Arena which makes it very safe and convenient you don't even have to go outside to go to many places. We had breakfast at the bistro that was located in the hotel and it was a decent breakfast very good and not too expensive mid-range the coffee was good also. If we come to Grand Rapids again we will definitely stay here again.
There wasn't anything I really didn't like The only thing is you can tell it is an older hotel and it could use some updating just to make it look more modern but it is very clean so that makes up for the decor being a little outdated.

Every worker was wonderful, nice, and super helpful. The restaurant had the best food and drinks. The beds were soooo comfortable and just floating on a cloud, I didn't want to leave!
I didn't like the loud traffic all night and I was worried if I had my tv too loud, i would disturb the rooms next to me. Fire trucks, loud motorcycles but overall it wasn't a huge issue, can't just up and move a whole hotel so it wasn't bad enough to never book again, I'd definitely book again

The location is great. This property is located just down the street from Tosa Park Circle, walking distance to loads of restaurants, all of the museums, and countless bars. It is also convenient to public transportation and on the taxi route.
I did not like being woken up at 9:00 in the morning by housekeeping knocking on my door, then immediately trying to open my door to enter the room. Thank goodness I had the upper lock engaged on the door! That was definitely not a nice way to wake up.

The wait staff at the restaurant and bar were absolutely delightful!
Housekeeping knocked on my door at 930am while we were still in bed. They need to have a list of people who are checking out that day so they don't disturb us. Either that, or tell them when we check out so they know they aren't disturbing us. Also, the checking staff was delightful while interacting, but every single one of them looks like they don't want to be there. None were smiling until being approached. It really just set a bad mood. When you are in customer service, you need to be smiling and sitting up and ready for customers to walk in. What's crazy to me is that when we walk in, they didn't perk up. We had to approach for them to perk up.

Love the bistro restaurant in the hotel, food and drinks were amazing. Also love how close everything is to this hotel, it was easy to find and easy to park downtown.
The only thing I didn’t like was exiting the parking garage, use your room key to exit! I accidentally scanned my ticket and payed $50 for parking when I didn’t have to, but I went back inside and they were very nice and gave me a refund for that $50, so not too big a deal, it got fixed right away.

We were there for a concert- the skywalk was perfect! Parking was included and on site- always good. The room was a bit small, but clean and pleasantly decorated. Bed was very comfortable! Also, the included breakfast was fantastic!
I would have liked it to be a bit cheaper, but wouldn't we all? I wasn't horrified at the price, and would stay there again.

The location was perfect, we came for a concert at Van Andel and it was a short walk and affordable parking for an overnight stay. The Bistro had good food too, we were pleasantly surprised!
One of our rooms did not smell the best, and it looked as if one was haphazardly cleaned with pillows left on the couch instead of placed on the bed, but the room itself did not seem dirty.

I really liked the skywalk to the Arena. I was going there for the first time to a concert. It was Perfectly Convenient! Loved It!
I liked the parking, however, for as much as I paid for my room...parking should be included with that. Didn't care for the Bistro..would prefer a good breakfast.

Rooms were clean, and nice sized. Hotel smelled great and was in a great location for walking to nearby venues in the covered walk ways.
No valet parking, parking is off site, roof top facilities and hot tub were down. Hotel is shared with a condo and the owners have priority access to the shared areas leaving the guests waiting.

The staff were amazing. Everything was wonderful. Only the pool. It really was so gross and have nightmare about it still. So if you do not care about going to the pool. This place was amazing
The pool was so dirty and gross. There was lumps of hair everywhere. We got in and out asap.
