I recently had the pleasure of staying at Falkensteiner Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming demeanor of the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The comfort of the room was outstanding. The bed was plush and provided a restful night’s sleep, and the overall ambiance of the room was cozy and inviting. The location of the hotel is another significant advantage. It’s conveniently situated near popular attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, having parking available was a huge bonus, allowing me to come and go without any hassle. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The selection was impressive, featuring a variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every palate. It was the perfect way to start my day. Overall, I highly recommend Falkensteiner Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With its friendly staff, convenient location, ample parking, and fantastic breakfast, it truly stands out as a top choice.

Breakfast was amazing, so many options. Vegetarian options plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable, we are used to a firm mattress and the one in the room was good. Excellent powerful shower. We could open the window a good amount, a pleasure to be able to have fresh air.

Evening meal choices in restaurant very poor. There was an Asian special while we were there and no alternative. We ate there once and while the food was good we were the only people there. Limited options in the bar too. Bar staff didn't have a corkscrew to open a bottle of wine! TV in bedroom would be better with Internet for non Serbian speaking guests.

Superb modern hotel. Very clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Great location in New Belgrade. Friendly staff.

Somehow slow service at the check-out. Perhaps it was just a bad day for the receptionist, but the queue built up and we waited almost 20 minutes to make a check out, what I believe is too long. Window in our room was not possible to open. I have noticed that some rooms have windows that could be open, but our was not like that. That is just my preference, but I wish we knew that before. If it is importat to you, ask for such room in advance.

The room was really lovely, having a bath was excellent, the little touches like shaving and toothbrush packs were lovely. I forgot to order a special pillow but that is a really lovely touch. The spa was great, I had a really excellent massage there and very convenient that it can be charged to the room The money exchange machine in the lobby was also really handy Bus stop exactly outside makes travel to and from the city very easy

The fact that you can smoke inside is really horrible and ruins the bar area in my opinion - I did not stay to use it I just took my drink upstairs.

Room was clean, check in was very pleasant. Nice hotel. Will come back again.

Please pay attention to the cleaning staff in the morning as they start at 7am and they are so loud that it is impossible to have a good rest in the morning. Loud in terms of leaving the door of the room to close by it self so you get this BOOM sound.. etc. Please give feedback to them. It should be an imperative to have all the conditions to have a good rest in the morning. Thank you.

No fresh air - windows do not open Not enough sunlight - windows are tooooooo small Breakfast is a bit overpriced (5100 rsd for 2 persons is like x3 price of an ordinary breakfast in the local kafana)

I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The room was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean, making for a very pleasant stay. The outdoor space was well-maintained and provided a lovely area to relax. Additionally, the massage was invigorating and left me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect, the room and the atmosphere was excelent and outstanding, the breakfasts delicious and rich with so many options to choose from, crazy tasty and everything, the staff was exceptional, the food in restaurant for dinner was a special mix of traditional and modern Serbian cuisine, the staff was super super, they knew everything without telling them and super understanding. Always ready and on service. We have to do it again and for sure in Falkenstainer!

Excellent hotel, excellent room with a wonderful bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Top-quality breakfast, with a lot of choice of food and desserts and various natural juices. Probably the best in Belgrade. Such a nice outside terrace and a very cozy place for a coffee and a cake. Top marks for both the staff and the hotel. My warm recommendation.

It's not a criticism, just a suggestion, a hotel this good should have a swimming pool and a spa center.

The parking is 22 euro per day, but you can see that you can leave the car at the public parking in front of the hotel for free and there are a lot of unoccupied places in the evening. Just beware that you can find your car blocked in the morning because many, MANY people use the parking. It is safer to use the paid parking. :)
