The location is good, the room comfortable and clean.

I wasn't fully satisfied with the staff working at the reception. The guy working there was really disorganized and even though I checked all the reservation details three times my friends and guests ended up calling me because he couldn't find their reservation. The reservation was fully paid, checked and double checked, I asked not to bother my friends with anything, but to call me, just so that he loses the reservation and my guests had to call me. Really... However, the lady working at the reception was very polite and cooperative.

Nice, helpful staff who are always happy to help. There was a language barrier, but the translator coped. The room is cozy and warm. Cleaning every day. There is a mini bar. Large TV, air conditioning and hairdryer. The room is not that big, but it is enough for two people. the buffet in the morning is not bad. There is not much variety, but in general it is delicious and you eat a lot all day.

In the bathroom, the shower stall is not fully closed. As I understand it, there is a boiler for heating water in the hotel, there may not be enough for all guests. I had to bathe in cold water. The shower itself cannot be fixed to the wall to wash comfortably without using both hands.

Very friendly staff at the 24-hour reception. The room I stayed in was small, but comfortable, clean, cozy and very warm. Great location by the promenade with lots of nice restaurants. I didn't have time to go to breakfast, instead I was kindly offered a lunch box, the contents of which I got acquainted with at the airport - it was very tasty, thank you!

May be not the most modern facilities in the bathroom, but for the price it is quite good. Besides, numerous advantages compensate for this one modest drawback.

Bathroom, too small shower cabin. No shampoo or conditioner, no slippers…

Newly renovated hotel, clean and aired, large stairs and halls. The four persons room was large, with confortable beds, nice bath, clean, huge TV with Netflix service. Good internet. Good breakfast. Nice position on Danube promenada even if quite far from the historical centre. General impression of familiar place, I will come back next year...

The only thing that I personally do not like is that the hotel doesn't have an own parking. Of course they want to pay you street parking but this is hard to find, you drive till someone is leaving.

The location was amazing, everything we needed was at the walking distance. We only booked for two nights and everything was ok.

We could hear people in other rooms, so maybe sth can be done to provide better soundproofing. The room was a bit smaller than expected, and there were no toiletries in the barhroom (soap, shampoo, toothpaste..etc.)

Good/rich breakfast was served. I would say this hotel is good price/value. I recommend. Nice walk along the rive (Donau) oposit of hotel.

Location is not in the centre of Belgrade. There are busses thought, but during the night only option is taxi to get to hotel. Beware of taxi prices (if thea see you are forigner they charge you extra).

It is a very good and central lovation with the beautifull views from the vindow to the big river Good breakfast and very friendly staff One feel very welcomed there

Very polite stuff, clean and warm room, comfortable bed. Pretty large selection of dishes for breakfast.

There is no reserved parking for you, we had to search for the parking spot around the area and it wasn’t so easy🫠 Breakfast was average (omelet and sausages was not tasty for us).

Nice location if u want to be little away from crowded downtown, calm and quit area ,enough space in room, great helpful staff
