The hotel is in the middle of a park right on the Danube. It was pretty great; good shower ( good presure), decent breakfast, good bed. It is very nice to wake up and see the ducks swimming in the river; staff was pretty good no complaints; it was nice to get a free upgrade to a room with river view

Parking is definitely not 150 m away from the hotel and this should be explained better as we struggled a bit to find it; spa was closed even though in the offer it says room with free spa access ; no restaurant at the hotel

Very nice hotel close to the city center. This is a hotel on the boat (typical hotel for Belgrade) on the Danube. You can even walk through the Branko's bridge to the old town of Belgrade very easily. I have booked the best possible room - with the terrace and river view which is spectacular and very big room. Staff is also very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Belgrade.

I miss that hotel does not have a small private bar. It would be a great additional value or even small boat bar for tea and beer close to the hotel. I would suggest that they will provide a secure parking with the agreement.

Breakfast was rather good. We missed only vegan milk on the buffet, as it was available only at the bar for the coffe. The place looks nice, and it has a great view of the restaurant windows. It is nice that each guest / room gets private use of the Spa zone 1 hour per day. Rooms look very good.

We were not informed before our arrival (or we did not see that info) that it is possible to get a golf cart ride from the car to the hotel (some 300m from the parking is pedestrian area). We were not informed in advance that it is possible to book spa zone for 1 hour each day, so on our first day it was not available anymore. In the spa zone there is nothing to sit on outside of sauna or jacuzzi. Would be good to have at least one chair if you'd need it.

The breakfast is excellent, including omelette, sausage, cheese, bread and salads etc. And every guest can have a cup of tea or coffee for free. Wonderful breakfast with view of Danube river. What's more is that actually we lost 300euro after landing in Belgrade. And after we thought about the whole way from airport to hotel, we suspected the money lost during we went outside for dinner between 4pm~9pm. So we asked the manager of the hotel for help to check the record of the camera. After some procedure to get the record, manager showed us the video. And after we check every half minute during the 5hours' record, we found nobody enter in our room. We have cleared the suspicion of the hotel. Although we lost 300 euro and couln't find them anymore which really ruin the beginning of the travel in Sebia. The corperation of the hotel and the profession showed by the female manager really inpressed me a lot. Thank you all by the way.

Before the arrival I have book the Spa on 11am at Friday 7/7 because hotel said that Thursday is the cleaning day and Spa close all day. But on Friday morning when I ask the front desk for the keycard of the Spa room. Front desk told me that my reservation was on 7/6 so no preperation on 11am 7/7. Although they found it was a mistake and prepare for me right away but the water is so cool that I could'n enjoy it at all. So please be careful and avoid this from happening.

Wonderful hotel right on the Danube river (it is a raft type of construction, so you are actually floating, but you do not really feel it). Apartment is just amazing with view over the water, nice sauna next to it and a wonderful breakfast. You feel like you are so far away from the city while its only 10 minutes away. Swans swim around, you sit on the terrace and enjoy morning coffee, and then relax in sauna before heading to nearby restaurants for a lunch. Perfect getaway place worth the price.

Expect a 5 min walk to reach hotel from the nearest parking. Also, if light sleeper expect some noise from outside on Friday/saturdays until 1am due to proximity of nightclubs on the river.

staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the lady with long dark hair at the reception and the man overlooking the Spa - thank you so much for everything! you can book the Spa for one hour a day for your sole use the hotel offers free lifts with a golf cart to the bus station, but it’s also nice to walk through the park (about 8 min) bus travels frequently and it’s only 3 stops to Zeleni Venac (main station with many shops, other buses) shopping center 14 min walk

The rooms was all clean and tidy but there was pretty much problems with paying. We found the hotel at booking and the total price was with breakfast included. When we arrived at the hotel they told us totally different price over 400 euro. So we made the reservation at booking. Then when we return secondly they told us that the reservation we made is not with breakfast if we want is for 18euros per person . We wanted to pay when we checked in but they told us that they have problem with their system so we payed when we checked out . Overall we payed 40euro more than we booked . Also the price on the website was included the city tax but they charged us twice.After the talk with the receptionist we knew that we weren’t the first guest with price problems.

I had a great stay here. I booked a room with a view and I was not disappointed it was very peaceful beautiful, but still in a relatively central location (a walkable distance across the bridge into the centre of town). The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The room was very comfortable, with a great bed and shower, as well as a coffee machine and fridge.

The only thing that really impacted on my stay was the noise from other guests and staff, not just talking but also footsteps in the corridor and upstairs.

position is awesome, being a floating building along Duna river. Very quite location, in front of a urban park, in a pedestrian road, nice surroundings. with wonderful view to river. Good parking area nearby and the hotel offers a golf cart service to drop in drop off. some parking places are watched 24h. building is new, rooms are modern and well equipped with all amenities. very good Wi-Fi service. breakfast is complete and of average fine quality. the staff is friendly, fast and very supporting. Typical country river wooden cottage restaurant within walking distance, on the river with excellent local food, ask the reception for it!

pity the breakfast room has river windows under restoration, you miss the view of majestic Duna. yogurt quality not the top, but no complaints

Towels had a lot of stains (maybe they were clean, and this was a very old ones) so we needed to change them. Welcome brochure was in the mold Walls were very thin..we hear all conversations from the corridor, neighbors and reception. Free parking sometimes guarded by fraud workers who asks . money for free parking. This one is not related to the hotel, but affects to free parking
