My stay at hotel Constantine the Great was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The room itself was spacious, and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the comfortable king-sized bed. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-stocked minibar, a high-definition TV, and luxurious toiletries in the bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. Every staff member and especially Mr Slobodan, was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience. Whether it was the front desk officers offering local recommendations or the housekeeping staff ensuring my room was perfect, the service was impeccable. I was surprised when the staff even offered me a delicious cake for my birthday, a gesture i found to be very thoughtful!! Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal. It was close to major attractions, yet still offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Overall, hotel Constantine the Great exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and fantastic amenities made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel and will be glad to return when we next visit Belgrade. We give special thanks to some staff who made our stay exceptionally welcoming and enjoyable: front desk Nevena Nikić and at the restaurant Marija Djordjević. They were personal, friendly, professional and remembered our preferences. It was WONDERFUL! The breakfast was also very enjoyable!

Even though the hotel was non-smoking, there were occasions when we smelled smoke in the common areas and restaurant. It will be great if the hotel can be more stringent in enforcing the non-smoking rule. Housekeeping can be sometimes inconsistent - forgetting details and we had to call to request for them. The beds are generally ok but in the 2nd room we checked into, one of the bed was too soft and we had a little backache.

Nice design and atmosphere. We got an upgrade for free. Junior suit which was huge. Clean, nice hotel

Little bit far from the downtown. Parking is expensive 15 eur per day and its not even a garage, outside in a rocky yard…

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which boasts a prime location and excellent amenities. We were upgraded to a huge room that was both comfortable and spacious. The location was unbeatable—just a 10-20 minute walk to all the major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The great tasty breakfast offered a delicious start to our days, and the staff were welcoming and kind, adding to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

The room was very big, with more than enough space for two travellers. It has a safe, so I could lock all my stuff in. Welcoming gesture from the hotel was very, very nice. They really surprised me. After arrival I was not so happy with the room, but when they came with their “sweet welcome”, I told what I needed (slippers, water) and they helped me immediately. The area is quiet and not so far from the centre. The breakfast was very good. Tasty and fresh. Dining room was very nice, with comfortable banks to sit on. Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom.

The balcony was dirty and it was impossible to go there without shoes. Such a shame there were no chairs and little table provided, so that the guests could sit down outside in the evening. Room was clean after arrival, but I saw some things to improve (rubbish under the bed). On my second and third day there were problems with towels (one day I got 2 bath mats and no hand towels, another day I got 2 dirty towels which were smelly and wet, so probably came from next door room during housekeeping by mistake of the housekeeper). The shower was never cleaned during my 3-nights stay.

Upgraded me to a junior suite which was lovely, and then brought complimentary macarons! Breakfast was great ...good quality food l, especially the eggs

There was some heavy road noise in the early hours of Friday and Saturday night which woke me around 3am. Not sure if this is a regular thing. Also, asked reception to book me a taxi to the airport on Sunday morning and was told to allow one and a half hours for the journey. It took about 20 minutes. Perhaps we lost something in translation.

A very clean hotel with polite staff, especially Slobodan at the reception who was super polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, the room was clean and spacious and there was a parking beside the hotel with 15 euros/per day. Parking in Belgrade is really difficult so having one is very convenient.

The towels were clean but a little worn out.

The front desk staff were very good and helped us very much except for one evening when the elevator was under repair. The staff in charge that evening did not care very much about us and left us to our own devices. We complained the next day and was immediately taken care of and assured it will not happen again. Overall, we really like the front desk staff for their helpfulness and friendliness. The room was large and very comfortable. Bed and sheets were nice and the toiletries were good. Location is excellent.

The housekeeping service could be improved. The room cleaning was not up to par and we had to complain to have the floor vacuumed. The attention to detail which is important for a hotel of this calibre is not up to the standard.

Rooms are spacious and breakfast is provided. The staff are friendly, particularly the individual wearing a grey coat, who I believe is the manager. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly during my check-in on the night of December 18, 2024.

The day I arrived the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, as some fecal stains were still visible.
