Centrally based, just step aways from the main attractions. Excellent communication with the employees. We have had some small requests, and they gave all the best to support us. Possibility to rent parking space in the private garage, is huge plus, bearing in mind this challenge downtown Belgrade. For sure we will stay again in this accommodation.

It would be good to have small fridges in the rooms, as property is not offering breakfast. They have common kitchen, yet, it would be more convenient to have small fridge in the room.

The location is excellent, having everything you need around, grocery, restaurants, some of the attractions are really close and can be riched by foot. Also we walked with the baby to city center and took under 15 mins. The bad is comfortable and large enough. There is a small shared kitchen you can use if you need.

Since it is located on a busy boulevard, it's not a quiet location, especially due to the tram. But it is not such a problem we and our baby slept without any problems.

Good location about 1 km from the city old town. It is located in the middle between Saint Savas church and the Old town. The area was safe but not so clean. There is a coffee shop at the next building and a lot of others nearby. Also, two supermarkets , Mac Donald's and small food stores. Very helpful staff and a safe parking area in a garage nearby.

The noise of the tram and the fact that the room was too hot and the central heating system didn't permit to control the temperature of the room.

Good value for money. Clean, reasonably comfortable, up to date, has basic amenities.

Bed sheets were too small and would come off at night. If paying by card (maybe also by cash) be aware of a shady extra 3 % conversion fee to local currency. The prices are in euros which is not the local currency. Still very good value for money but annoying to deal with on business trip.

we were staying at the similar apartments, but at the different address. The apartment had all necessities and tue kitchen was well equipped. The host was very helpful.

No information beforehand about difficulties with a booked room. So I found the problem reaching the host 2 days before arrival. They found another location for us. Everything was solved, but keep contact with the host before arrival so you had time to manage unexpected things.

Good communication from reception who booked a taxi for me from airport so it was a good introduction to Belgrade for me. Helped me with luggage on stairs to first floor. Overall safe & comfortable stay in lovely clean room with nice ensuite bathroom. Cosy with heater in room & boiler switch for hot water on demand, as cold weather when I arrived in early March. Wifi worked ok. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels & provided hairdryer to me for room. Basic channels on TV. Close to city centre as about 20-25 minute walk away. Fair value at time I stayed about €32 per night.

No kettle or tea / coffee making facilities in room. But could use kettle in common use kitchen. No fridge in room & limited space in common use kitchen fridge. Common use kitchen was very small & a bit worn which made it appear a little unclean. It also had limited cooking utensils etc. Just used kettle in kitchen during my stay. So kitchen area could use a revamp in my opinion.

New house near riverside with beautiful view and quite area nearby. Apartments are brand new, clean, with new furniture and bathroom. Hosts are also nice and friendly people. Also there is a parking zone near the apartment which is really comfortable. We really enjoyed to stay there. Highly recommend to pick this place.

Everything is super good, the room is perfectly clean, spacious, I liked the simplicity of decoration of the room, the colors. They afford a coffee maker in the room. The bathroom is super clean with a big mirror. The terrace is big with a nice view to a garden and other flats. In the cupboards in the hallway, you can find a hair dryer. Extra: toilet papers, clean towels, bed sheets, blankets. The staff is friendly, lovely and really helpful. they propose transportation at 20 euros to the airport (cheaper than a ride with a normal taxi). I love the common kitchen, you can find kitchen tools, an oven, a big refrigerator. I added two more days because we felt really comfortable and spoiled. THANK YOU for the lovely hospitality

Aleksandra was wonderfully accommodating of my last minute booking - even kept the front desk open late and arranged an airport pick-up, then met me at the door. The location is fantastic for exploring the city, and my room was clean and spacious. A very good value for the money.

A superb, contemporary suites for a short stay in Belgrade. My room was very spacious and bright with lovely balcony. It was spotlessly cleaned . The owner was very helpful and professional and friendly. The location is a perfect option for guests going to the Belgrade airport. A1 bus stop at Slavija Square is only a short walk from the Premium Crown Suites and it takes only a 30 minutes to get to the airport. Also it is perfect for sightseeing and close to the most of Belgrade's most famous landmarks.
